Fletcher recalled that her career began taking off around 2018 as she started hosting outside Chicago. In a 2022 interview with Revolt, she remembered receiving $3,500 for a first 45-minute appearance. That is her recollection of one booking, not a standard fee or a current rate. She also described a boundary for promotions: “If I don’t like it, I’m not going to promote it.”
Businesses and ventures
AfroTech reported that Fletcher started KYCHE Extensions in 2016. Later coverage discussed other ventures and plans, including cooking content, seasonings, a planned ghost kitchen, swimwear and BET+ programming. Those reports document activity or plans at the time; they do not establish that each venture is currently operating.

What is REMEDY BY ARI?
REMEDY BY ARI is Fletcher’s cosmetics brand and the most visible example of her move from promoting other companies to building an owned product business. Forbes reported that the brand’s 2022 launch batch sold out within three hours. A launch sellout is evidence of strong initial demand, but it does not by itself show sustained sales or profitability.
In a 2022 BET interview, Fletcher discussed glosses, a signature palette, lip liner and clear gloss. She said the products were vegan and the glosses were infused with shea butter. These are launch-era descriptions, not confirmation of the brand’s current stock or formulations.
