McDonald’s Australia announced the promotion on 7 February 2023. The offer paired a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets order with packaging created for Valentine’s Day. The box displayed “I love you” in 10 different languages.
Senior Brand Manager Maxine Netrayana said the languages were chosen “to reflect the many different backgrounds of our customers and crew.” The announcement presented the box as something to share with friends, family, or a special someone.
