Luke Littler reportedly staked £700 on King Rasko Grey at the 2026 Cheltenham Festival and won £2,500, according to DartsNews. The separate £64,000 winning ticket mentioned in the same report belonged to a Pro Sports Advice tipster who backed the same horse—not to Littler.

What happened at Cheltenham?

King Rasko Grey won the Turners Novices’ Hurdle on Ladies Day, 11 March 2026. The Jockey Club identifies the race and winner; At The Races records it as the 13:20 contest, with King Rasko Grey starting at 11/1, ridden by Paul Townend and trained by Willie Mullins. The Jockey Club’s race announcement and At The Races’ result page establish the result, but not the details of Littler’s wager.

DartsNews reported on 12 March that Littler shared a photo of a successful bet slip, with a £700 stake and a £2,500 win. It separately said a Pro Sports Advice tipster who backed King Rasko Grey landed a £64,000 ticket. Those amounts come from the news report, not from the race-result records. Read the DartsNews report.

Who was reported to have won each amount?

Person or group Reported stake Reported win Source and qualification
Luke Littler £700 £2,500 DartsNews, 12 March 2026; the report’s payout basis is not established.
Pro Sports Advice tipster Not stated £64,000 DartsNews, 12 March 2026; the report attributes this separate ticket to the tipster.

The figures should not be conflated: the £64,000 headline figure was not reported as Littler’s return. Nor does the published account establish whether its stated “win” amounts are profit after the stake or total returns including it.

What is—and is not—known about Littler’s slip?

The race sources confirm the winner and result, while the bet amounts rest on DartsNews’ account. The available reporting does not establish the bookmaker, the wager format or terms, or the exact contents of an original ticket that can be independently checked. It also does not settle whether the reported £2,500 means net profit or total payout. The 11/1 starting price recorded by At The Races is the race result’s starting price; it is not proof of the odds or terms on Littler’s reported bet.

Was there a link between Littler and Pro Sports Advice?

A June 2026 report by World News 24, reproducing Daily Mail Sport reporting, said a Littler spokesperson denied any business association or promotional relationship with Pro Sports Advice or Robert Heneghan. The same report attributed to a Jockey Club spokesperson the statement that filming accreditation had not been granted to the tipster’s team. This context does not establish an endorsement or commercial relationship. World News 24’s account.

What did Willie Mullins say about the result?

In the Jockey Club release, King Rasko Grey’s trainer Willie Mullins said: “The price was the most striking thing. I couldn’t believe it.” The remark concerned the horse’s price, not Littler’s bet slip. The Jockey Club release.
