Lucky Hands describes itself as a free-entry, 18+ sweepstakes casino operated by Lucky Hands LLC. That description does not establish that it is legal in every state, independently audited, or certain to pay every redemption instantly. Before participating, check the current official rules for your location and understand the redemption and verification terms.
What Lucky Hands says it is
Lucky Hands’ homepage identifies Lucky Hands LLC as the site’s operator and lists an address at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901. Those are the operator’s own statements, not independent confirmation of its corporate status.
The operator says participation is free, no purchase is required, and users must be at least 18. It also says participation is “Not valid where restricted by law.” These statements describe Lucky Hands’ stated model; they do not resolve whether that model is lawful or available to a particular person. Read the current Terms & Sweep Rules before signing up.
Is Lucky Hands legal in your state?
There is no basis here for a blanket conclusion that Lucky Hands is legal throughout the United States. Sweepstakes and gambling laws vary by state, and a site’s free-entry description does not override applicable local law.

New Jersey offers a state-specific example: its 2025 statute addresses online dual-currency systems that allow currency to be exchanged for a prize or prize equivalent and treats pay-to-play participation as unlawful gambling subject to exceptions. That statute is not a nationwide ruling on Lucky Hands, nor does it by itself determine how the site applies in another state. See the New Jersey Legislature’s P.L. 2025, c.128.
The exact current list of states excluded by Lucky Hands could not be verified from the available official rules text. Do not rely on an old or conflicting third-party list: check the live Terms & Sweep Rules and local requirements before participating.

Are the games independently verified as fair?
Time2Play reports that Lucky Hands says game results are random, but its review did not identify a named independent RNG testing lab or publish a testing certificate. That means public independent certification was not established by the reviewed material; it does not prove that the games are unfair or that no testing exists. See Time2Play’s Lucky Hands review.
Redemptions: what is and is not promised
Lucky Hands advertises “instant redemptions” and 24/7 customer service on its homepage. Time2Play reports that the terms allow standard redemptions up to 5,000 Sweeps Coins per Sweepstakes Entry Period. These are not guarantees that a particular redemption will be instant or successful: current rules, account verification, and transaction circumstances can affect timing and eligibility. Confirm the latest redemption methods, minimums, processing terms, and verification requirements in the official rules before relying on a payout.

What to check before creating an account
- Confirm that participation is allowed where you live in the current official Terms & Sweep Rules.
- Read the free-entry, purchase, and sweepstakes-entry conditions rather than assuming the homepage summary covers every detail.
- Check redemption minimums, methods, processing windows, and identity or account verification requirements.
- Look for current, publicly available independent game-testing documentation if independent fairness verification matters to you.
- Decide in advance whether the site’s rules and available controls fit your comfort level; do not treat promotional language or player reviews as a substitute for the rules.
Verdict
Lucky Hands presents itself as a free-entry sweepstakes casino, but the available evidence is not enough to call it legal in every state, independently certified as fair, or certain to deliver instant redemptions. Treat the operator’s claims as claims, check current rules and local law, and avoid participating if eligibility or redemption conditions are unclear.
