Lexus of Perth opened its second dealership in Myaree on 1 September 2025, giving customers south of the river a closer option for sales and service. The site is officially listed as the Melville dealership at 112 North Lake Road, Myaree; Lexus also continues to list its Osborne Park location.

Why did Lexus open another Perth site?
Managing director David Jeary said the expansion was intended to make the Lexus experience easier for residents south of the river, who might otherwise travel to Osborne Park for a dealership visit, according to PerthNow. That is the business’s stated rationale; no independent measurement establishes how much the new site has changed customers’ travel times or access.
PerthNow reported that the North Lake Road site underwent nearly a year of renovation and remodelling. Its account described art, plants and landscaping, reflecting Jeary’s description of a more homely atmosphere.

What happened on opening day?
PerthNow reported that the dealership made its first sale within 30 minutes of opening: a plug-in hybrid RX to a local customer who had been waiting for the site to open. This is an opening-day anecdote, not evidence of ongoing sales or broader customer demand. The report does not specify the RX variant.
Who leads the new dealership?
GoAuto reported that Sam Jeary was appointed to lead the Myaree location. The report said she had more than five years of automotive experience, including most recently managing Lexus in Tasmania.

What do Lexus Australia’s sales figures say?
GoAuto reported 13,642 Lexus Australia sales in 2024 and described the result as a record after excluding delayed orders that had made 2023’s 15,192 total unusually high. These are historical national figures, not a measure of the Myaree dealership’s local performance.
