Levanta’s $1 million funding round was announced in December 2023, with Long Run Capital leading the investment. It marked an early stage in the Seattle company’s effort to help Amazon sellers work with creators and affiliates. Levanta has since expanded its platform to Shopify and Walmart, acquired affiliate network Perch+, and announced substantially larger funding rounds.
What Levanta’s $1 million round funded
On December 1, 2023, Seattle-based Levanta announced a $1 million funding round led by Long Run Capital, with participation from OpenSky Ventures and angel investors, according to GeekWire’s report. The company was led by CEO Ian Brodie, CMO Rob Schab, and CTO Spencer McKenney.
Levanta’s pitch at the time was software for Amazon sellers to build affiliate programs: find and recruit creators, track resulting revenue, and pay commissions. GeekWire reported that the platform then had nearly 2,000 creators and more than 500 brands. The same report described an eight-person team, more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue that fall, and a profitable business. Those are figures from 2023, not current operating metrics.
How Levanta’s platform has changed
Levanta now describes its product as a platform for creator and affiliate programs across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. Its stated tools include partner discovery, commission management, paid placements, performance reporting, and automated payments. These are company descriptions, not an independent assessment of product performance. Levanta says creators can join for free and that it does not take a cut of their commissions.
#1 Best Overall
On March 2, 2026, the company announced that it had unified creator and affiliate programs across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. Its seller launch page says the Launch Plan is designed for sellers who sell only on Amazon, while Shopify and Walmart integrations are also available on the platform. See Levanta’s platform overview and seller launch page for its descriptions of current capabilities.
What a seller would evaluate
For a business considering affiliate software, the practical questions are whether the tool supports the seller’s marketplace, how it helps discover and screen partners, what performance attribution and reporting it offers, how commissions or flat fees can be controlled, and how payouts are administered. Levanta’s materials describe features in these areas, but the available information does not establish how it compares with other platforms in independent testing.

Perch+ acquisition and later funding
Levanta announced the acquisition of Perch+ on April 6, 2026. The company described Perch+ as one of the earliest affiliate networks built specifically for Amazon sellers and said its seller and affiliate network would move into Levanta’s platform. The announcement is available through GlobeNewswire.
On August 27, 2026, Levanta announced a $22 million Series B led by Volition Capital. In its announcement distributed through GlobeNewswire, the company said Volition had also led its $20 million Series A in 2024 and that Levanta had raised more than $43 million in total. These later financings are separate from the $1 million round announced in 2023. The company’s announcement is at GlobeNewswire.

What the customer results do—and do not—show
Levanta’s case study about ecommerce company Acquco reports $1,500 in sales in the first month, more than $36,000 in monthly sales by month four, over 130 creator partnerships, and 35,000 new monthly clicks. These are company-published results for one customer, not independent evidence of typical outcomes across sellers. The case study quotes Acquco Senior Director of Marketing John Berggren: “Levanta opens up a powerful Amazon marketing channel. We can invest in Creator partnerships at scale, while benefitting from the many incentives Amazon offers for External Traffic.” Read the Levanta-published Acquco case study for its account and context.

The $1 million round belongs to Levanta’s early Amazon-focused phase: it funded a business that GeekWire reported was already profitable and serving hundreds of brands, but it should not be treated as the company’s current financing total or proof that its software will deliver a particular seller’s results. Subsequent platform expansion, the Perch+ acquisition, and later funding announcements show how Levanta has positioned itself since then; sellers evaluating it still need to assess marketplace fit, partner workflow, reporting, and costs for their own program.
