Ledgers24 publicly markets HR and payroll software with published per-employee pricing. Ultimatix, by contrast, is described by TCS as an internal portal with access restricted to employees and affiliates—not as a generally purchasable HRMS product. For most outside buyers, the first question is therefore whether the two are actually products they can choose between.
Are Ledgers24 and Ultimatix comparable products?
Not on the available official evidence. Ledgers24 presents HR and payroll as part of a business software offering for organizations. TCS’s login portal restricts access to employees and affiliates, while TCS sources describe Ultimatix as its intranet portal. If you are evaluating software for your organization, treat Ledgers24 as a publicly marketed option and verify whether any product called “Ultimatix HRMS” is actually available to your organization before comparing features or costs. If you encountered Ultimatix through a TCS role or affiliation, the relevant question may instead be how to access TCS’s internal portal.

Ledgers24 describes functions covering employee administration, attendance, payroll, and employee self-service. Its listed capabilities include:

What the available sources establish about Ultimatix
TCS’s Ultimatix login portal says entry is restricted to employees and affiliates and points users to the Ultimatix Authenticator and TCS helpdesk. A TCS sustainability report for 2007–08 described Ultimatix as the company’s intranet portal, supporting internal HR, finance, and project-management processes, employee self-service, and management dashboards. That report is historical and does not establish the portal’s current feature set.

TCS’s 2025–26 annual report also refers to Ultimatix as the company’s intranet portal, in the context of raising ethics concerns for HR investigation and tracking. These TCS sources support describing Ultimatix as an internal portal; they do not establish its availability, pricing, or implementation terms as a product for outside organizations.
Published Ledgers24 pricing
Ledgers24’s payroll page displays these per-employee monthly prices under “HRMS with CRM”:

Confirm current rates, billing conditions, taxes, offer terms, and exactly which features are included with Ledgers24 before budgeting or buying. The TCS sources cited above do not provide an Ultimatix price for external buyers.

- Test your payroll scenarios in a demonstration. Use your pay components, attendance and leave rules, employee changes, and exit calculations rather than relying on a feature list.
- Check statutory requirements. Ask how the listed reporting categories apply to your organization and have an appropriate compliance professional validate the requirements and outputs.
- Confirm integrations. If you plan to import biometric attendance, obtain the supported-device and integration documentation for the exact equipment you use or intend to buy.
If you mean TCS’s Ultimatix portal
For a TCS employee or affiliate, use the official login portal and its stated authentication and helpdesk routes. If you are an outside buyer who has been offered a product called “Ultimatix HRMS,” ask the seller to identify the product owner and provide official documentation establishing its relationship to TCS and its availability to your organization. The TCS sources cited here do not establish such a commercial product.
