Leadrat announced on October 12, 2026, that it acquired Calllive.ai, an AI voice-agent platform for real-estate sales. The planned addition would let Leadrat customers automate calls to new and existing leads, qualify prospects, schedule site visits and update CRM records. As of October 13, the companies had not disclosed the deal’s price or detailed terms, and integration was still a future plan.
What Calllive.ai adds to Leadrat
Leadrat says the acquisition will extend its CRM from tracking leads and recommending follow-ups to carrying out some of those tasks by voice. The announced agents are intended to make and receive calls, qualify real-estate leads, arrange property site visits and write updates into CRM records. Coverage says the agents support Hinglish and multiple Indian languages. The acquisition materials do not specify a complete language list or explain how language selection, transfers to human staff, call recording or data handling will work.

When will Calllive.ai be integrated?
Leadrat said the voice agents would be fully integrated into its platform by the end of December 2026. It also said the product would eventually be rebranded CallingCat. Leadrat founder and CEO Himanshu Kumar framed the deal as a shift from CRM software that tells salespeople what to do toward software that can execute follow-up actions. The announcement also described a goal of contacting each new lead within 24 seconds of an enquiry.
