Larry Ellison is asking $165 million for his oceanfront estate at 12210 Banyan Road in North Palm Beach, Florida, according to reports published October 5–6, 2026. That is a listing price, not a reported sale price; the available reports do not establish that the property has sold or is under contract.

What is Larry Ellison asking for the estate?

The reported asking price is $165 million. Realtor.com reported the figure on October 6, 2026, and Haute Residence reported it a day earlier, citing The Real Deal. Haute Residence described it as a North Palm Beach record ask; that characterization refers to the asking price, not a record sale.

The reported price is substantially above the estate’s earlier market figures, but the numbers describe different events: Realtor.com says Ellison paid $80 million for the property in 2021, while the estate was listed for $145 million in 2022. The $145 million was a previous asking price, not a reported completed sale. Realtor.com says the property has been on and off the market since 2022.

Where is the property, and what does it include?

The reported address is 12210 Banyan Road, in the gated Seminole Landing community in North Palm Beach, Florida. Realtor.com describes an 8.5-acre property with 562 feet of direct Atlantic frontage and a 15,514-square-foot residence with seven bedrooms, built in 1991.

Other published figures differ slightly. Haute Residence, citing The Real Deal, describes an 8.4-acre property with more than 550 feet of frontage. A Palm Beach Post report syndicated by AOL gives 563 feet of beachfront and breaks the land into 6.5 developable acres plus 2 acres of protected dune. These reports do not explain their measurement methods, so the figures should be treated as source-specific descriptions rather than a single verified parcel measurement.

Who is representing the listing?

Haute Residence, citing The Real Deal, identifies Paul Kaneb and James Kenny of K2 Realty as the listing agents.

What is known about the listing’s current status?

The October 2026 reports establish that the estate is being offered at an asking price of $165 million, but they do not confirm a closed sale or a contract. The reports also do not provide an official brokerage listing, current MLS status, legal parcel boundaries, or a definitive explanation for the acreage and frontage variations. Those details should not be inferred from the published asking price or property descriptions.
