What was Landshare’s CEX listing campaign?
In a press release published April 4, 2024, BTCWire reported that Landshare’s DAO had approved a campaign to pursue listings with multiple centralized exchanges, naming MEXC as the first partner. The release scheduled a MEXC Kickstarter event for April 4 at 06:00 UTC and the LANDSHARE/USDT trading start for April 5 at 09:30 UTC. MEXC’s notice confirms that LANDSHARE/USDT trading in its Innovation Zone started at 09:30 UTC on April 5, 2024. MEXC reported 46,530,528 MX committed in the Kickstarter session; that is a campaign participation total, not evidence of token value, investment demand quality, or subsequent performance. MEXC’s notice also cautioned that Innovation Zone assets can experience high price fluctuations and said MEXC does not guarantee or compensate for investment losses. A listing announcement is not an endorsement or a recommendation to buy LAND.
What is the difference between LAND and LANDSHARE?
MEXC said the on-chain ticker was LAND, but it used LANDSHARE as the platform ticker for this listing because another token already had the same name. In other words, LANDSHARE/USDT was MEXC’s market label; LAND was the on-chain ticker identified in its notice. A ticker alone may not uniquely identify a digital asset, so anyone checking a token should verify its contract and network against authoritative project information before taking action.

What happened after the 2024 campaign?
Landshare later reported that it had added MEXC, BitMart, and BingX during the first half of 2024, and said it planned further listing efforts in Q3–Q4 using a DAO-approved CEX Listing Fund. Is LAND still listed on BingX?
The available project-channel notice said BingX scheduled LAND spot delisting for April 15, 2026 at 03:00 UTC. It does not establish whether LAND is available there now, and it does not establish the current status of MEXC, BitMart, or any other exchange. Check the exchange directly for an active spot market, deposits and withdrawals, jurisdictional restrictions, fees, and the exact token contract and network before relying on a listing claim.

The BTCWire issuer-provided release attributed this statement to Landshare CEO Jordan Friske: “We’re bridging the gap between traditional and digital markets. Our listing campaign is more than an expansion; it’s about making our ecosystem accessible and user-friendly for our community.” This is the CEO’s attributed characterization of the campaign, not an independently measured finding about accessibility. BTCWire said it had not independently verified the press-release content.
