CityRealty reported on January 7, 2026, that Anthony had listed the property for $8.5 million. On April 7, 2026, the outlet reported a new asking price of $6,995,000, down $1,505,000 from the January figure. These are reported asking prices, not a confirmed sale price. CityRealty’s January listing report and its April price-cut report provide the dated figures.
The $6.995 million ask was 17.7% below the original price, according to CityRealty’s April price-cut presentation. That reduction describes the change in the seller’s asking price; it does not establish the home’s market value or what a buyer ultimately paid.
Where is the house?
The address is 277 Greene Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. CityRealty’s January report identifies Anthony as the owner and seller and says the house was built from the ground up in 2016 and customized by her.

What does the townhouse include?
CityRealty described the property as a two-family townhouse measuring more than 6,000 square feet, with six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a private garage, elevator and outdoor areas. Its April account also highlighted a full-floor primary suite, custom walk-in closet, spa-like bathroom, private terrace and a “glam room.” These are descriptions reported in coverage of the listing, not an independent inspection.
Energy and construction claims
The January listing description called the home a “25-Foot-Wide Custom Passive-House Townhouse” and cited European triple-pane windows, high-performance systems, multi-zoned heating and cooling, and a heated driveway and sidewalk. Those are listing claims reproduced by CityRealty; the available reports do not establish an independently verified energy-performance rating.

Why reported square footage differs
CityRealty described the home as more than 6,000 square feet in January and about 6,000 square feet in April. EntertainmentNow gave a different figure, 5,582 square feet, in its January coverage. Without a primary listing or public record establishing how the area was measured, those figures should not be treated as interchangeable or reconciled as a definitive total. EntertainmentNow’s January report also reproduced remarks Anthony made to the New York Post about the home’s renovations.
What has Anthony said about selling?
CityRealty reported that Anthony told the New York Post, “It’s a little big for me now, and I want another family or person to enjoy it the way we did.” In remarks to the New York Post reproduced by EntertainmentNow, she said she had renovated the house “from top to bottom,” described it as “super modern,” and said she was leaving the finishes and her aesthetic.
