What was the final KSET 2025 application deadline?
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) conducted the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET), which determines eligibility for Assistant Professor positions. The original schedule and the later reported extension gave different deadlines:

How was the KSET 2025 application submitted?
The reproduced KEA notification said candidates had to apply online through KEA’s website and that applications through other modes would not be accepted. The available information does not establish every form field, document format, or payment-screen instruction, so those details should not be assumed.
Who was eligible to apply?
Contemporaneous reporting described the basic academic requirement as a master’s degree or equivalent from a UGC-recognized university or institution, in the subject selected for KSET. It reported these minimum marks:
- General category: 55%.
- SC, ST, PwD, transgender candidates, and listed Karnataka OBC categories: 50%.
These are reported summary thresholds, not a substitute for KEA’s complete rules. Category-specific conditions, the accepted subject match, and detailed qualification requirements should be checked in KEA’s notification.
When was the KSET 2025 exam held?
The exam took place on November 2, 2025. A KSET certificate record in a Mangalore University institutional document gives November 21, 2025 as the result date. That individual certificate record corroborates the dates but is not a comprehensive KEA result notice.
