The figure is the company valuation associated with the November 2025 private financing. At the time of the financing, Goldman Sachs Alternatives said SKIMS was expected to exceed $1 billion in net sales in 2025; Bloomberg reported the same expectation. That was a forecast, not a reported final result. The available sources do not establish SKIMS’s eventual 2025 net sales, so the forecast should not be presented as confirmed revenue.

NikeSKIMS: a move into training apparel, footwear, and accessories
In February 2025, Nike announced that it and SKIMS were creating NikeSKIMS, a joint brand spanning training apparel, footwear, and accessories. Nike said international expansion would follow in 2026. In September 2026, DoorDash announced on-demand delivery from SKIMS stores in the United States. Its initial platform rollout covered 17 stores across 11 states and Washington, D.C., with nine additional stores planned for the platform. The round signals that investors committed new capital at a stated $5 billion valuation, while SKIMS identified retail, international growth, innovation, and category expansion as priorities.
