Khloud is a snack business associated with Khloé Kardashian and Kris Jenner. It launched publicly in April 2025 with protein popcorn. At launch, TechCrunch reported the popcorn was made with whole-grain corn and a milk-protein seasoning blend the company called “Khoud Dust”; the company said a serving contained seven grams of protein. TechCrunch’s December 2024 report said Kardashian and Jenner were seeking at least $10 million. In its April 2025 launch coverage, TechCrunch reported that Bixby described an “oversubscribed $12 million round.” The article named K5 Global, Serena Ventures, William Morris Endeavor (WME), and Shrug Capital among investors. Dealroom reported that a Form D disclosed a $15 million Regulation D private placement on May 22, 2026, with the first sale dated March 23, 2026. It said the offering was fully subscribed and involved 20 accredited investors. Dealroom also reported that Kris Jenner and Michael Kives were listed as directors and promoters, Khloé Kardashian as a director and promoter, and Jeffrey Rubenstein signed as CEO. What the funding story does—and does not—show
The reported financing chronology shows an initial fundraising target followed by later reported financing, but the figures do not by themselves establish Khloud’s revenue, valuation, profitability, or the returns investors may receive.
