StickerRide’s documented U.S. proposition was an app-enabled way for advertisers to place branded decals on participating cars and target campaigns by neighborhood, schedule, and driver count. The evidence for that U.S. launch dates to June 28, 2016; it does not establish that StickerRide currently runs U.S. campaigns.
How StickerRide’s U.S. model worked
When StickerRide launched in the United States on June 28, 2016, advertisers could set campaign parameters through a web dashboard. They selected neighborhoods, chose how many drivers to involve, and set campaign schedules and duration. Drivers applied to campaigns through the app; those matched with a campaign went to an installation facility to have a decal applied. The app tracked movement, and activity informed participation and payouts. AdExchanger’s launch report also described optional activities such as quests or flash mobs.
What advertisers could gain from the approach
Geographic targeting
Advertisers could specify neighborhoods rather than rely only on fixed outdoor placements. That offered a way to put branded vehicles in selected areas, including places where conventional outdoor-advertising inventory might not be available. This is a described capability, not proof of a particular level of reach or sales impact.
Control over campaign parameters
The dashboard let advertisers set driver counts, locations, schedules, and duration. Those controls made the format adaptable to a local campaign or a defined time window. The reporting does not provide a like-for-like comparison showing that these controls made campaigns cheaper or more effective than other media.

Activity tracking and campaign adjustment
Because the app tracked participating drivers’ movement, activity could inform campaign participation and payouts. AdExchanger quoted Mikhail Semikov, then B&N Bank’s head of marketing, describing the bank’s StickerRide use: “For us, it was important to pay only for vehicles in a certain area to attract customers around our offices [and the] tracking system helps us adjust the campaign planning and to increase the density of contact with the brand in the selected areas.” This was a customer account, not an independently measured result, and the example was not identified as a U.S. campaign.
Mobile placements beyond fixed outdoor inventory
Branded cars could move through selected locations instead of remaining at a single billboard site. That mobility was the format’s central difference from fixed outdoor advertising, but it does not by itself establish how many people saw an ad or whether they acted on it.

What the available figures and evidence establish
AdExchanger reported a StickerRide claim of more than 40,000 active drivers worldwide in 2016. It was a historical global figure, not a current U.S. audience count. The available evidence does not establish an independent U.S. study, measured campaign lift, current U.S. reach, or quantified savings. Claims about targeting, tracking, and flexible placements should therefore be understood as features of the described model, not verified performance outcomes.

The current Google Play listing describes campaign applications, decal installation, activity-based earning, and availability that depends on advertiser demand and the user’s location. A listing is changeable and does not confirm that a U.S. campaign is currently operating. Current pages for Stickr LLC describe that company’s own business and driver offerings, but the available sources do not establish that Stickr LLC is StickerRide or that its claims apply to StickerRide.
