Senator Chris Murphy accused Kash Patel of selling “vaccine reversal” pills while promoting K$H-branded merchandise. The available record supports a careful distinction: an archived journalist thread reports a past supplement promotion, and Murphy’s Senate remarks document his criticism and claims about Patel’s merchandise and foundation. Neither source establishes that a pill can reverse a COVID-19 vaccine, verifies current product availability, or independently confirms the foundation figures.
What did Kash Patel promote?
An archived thread by journalist Jacqueline Sweet, dated December 1, 2024, reports that Patel promoted Warrior Essentials products described as “mRNA detox / vaccine reversal” pills through a Truth Social post, promotional link, or code. The thread described a bundle of three supplements at $98.97 per month. That is a historical price reported in secondary coverage, not a confirmed current listing or evidence that the products work. Read the archived thread.
On February 12, 2025, Senator Chris Murphy said on the Senate floor that Patel was making money online selling products called “vaccine reversal pills.” The Congressional Record verifies that Murphy made the statement; it is not a product-specific FDA finding or clinical assessment. Read the Congressional Record.
Can a pill reverse a COVID-19 vaccine?
The sources documenting this promotion do not establish that the products reverse vaccination, remove vaccine-related mRNA, or produce any other claimed result. No product-specific clinical trial or efficacy statistic is established in the sources cited here.

The CDC’s September 3, 2024 explainer says mRNA COVID-19 vaccines teach cells to make a protein that triggers an immune response; cells then break down and remove the mRNA. It also says, “COVID-19 vaccines do not affect or interact with our DNA.” This explains vaccine biology, but it is not a test of Warrior Essentials or any named supplement. See the CDC’s COVID-19 vaccine basics.
What is known about the K$H merchandise and foundation claims?
In remarks reproduced in his February 19, 2025 official release, Murphy referred to K$H-branded sweatshirts, T-shirts, and lapel pins and cited a $55 sweatshirt. That is a historical price quoted by Murphy, not confirmation of today’s price or stock. The release does not establish where the items are currently sold or who receives proceeds from each sale.

Murphy also said the Kash Foundation had $1.3 million in revenue in 2023 and directed less than 15% to services. Those are Murphy’s attributed figures; the release does not reproduce the underlying filings, so they should not be treated as independently verified here. The available material does not establish the foundation’s current finances or a specific charitable allocation from K$H merchandise proceeds. Read Murphy’s official release.
Are dietary supplements approved by the FDA before sale?
Generally, no: the FDA says it does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before they are sold. The agency also explains that claims to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent disease can bring a product under drug requirements. Its consumer guide is general regulatory information, not a product-specific safety or approval determination about the supplements discussed here. The FDA recommends discussing supplement use with a health professional. Read FDA 101: Dietary Supplements.

What remains unverified?
- Whether the Warrior Essentials products or K$H merchandise are currently available, and at what price.
- The underlying records for Murphy’s claims about the Kash Foundation’s 2023 revenue and spending.
- Product-specific clinical evidence, safety findings, or an FDA determination concerning the named supplements.
- Whether any particular merchandise sale contributes to the foundation or a stated charitable purpose.
ABC News reported Murphy’s comment in coverage of criticism surrounding Dan Bongino’s appointment as FBI deputy director. That report provides political context for the remark, not independent verification of the supplements’ claims. Read the ABC News report.
