Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s former New York City home is a duplex penthouse at 443 Greenwich Street in Tribeca. Mansion Global reported on September 16, 2025, that it was asking $39.995 million—roughly $40 million. A later report in February 2026 described it as back on the market for about US$40 million, but neither report confirms that it is still available on October 8, 2026.
What the reported $40 million price refers to
The property is penthouse PHG, a duplex in the eight-story condominium building at 443 Greenwich Street, in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. Mansion Global reported the $39.995 million asking price on September 16, 2025. LA NACION also described the home as back on the market for approximately US$40 million on February 8, 2026. Those are dated reports, not confirmation of an active listing or current price.
The distinction matters for a buyer: an asking price is what a seller seeks, not a completed sale or an appraisal of current value. The available reporting does not establish whether the home is for sale now, what price it might sell for, or whether $39.995 million is supported by comparable sales.
What Timberlake and Biel paid—and what the later figures mean
Mansion Global reported that Timberlake and Biel bought the duplex in 2017 for about $20.18 million and sold it in 2021 for $29 million. The Real Deal reported that the January 2022 sale was followed two months later by a new $35 million asking price. Mansion Global later reported a $39.995 million ask in September 2025.

The 2021 sale and later asking prices are not equivalent: one records a transaction, while the others describe what a seller sought at different times. The figures alone do not show the current owner’s profit, the property’s current market value, or the price a buyer would ultimately pay.
Inside the duplex and its building
Interior and terrace
Mansion Global’s listing-based coverage describes about 5,300 square feet of interior space and a wraparound terrace of about 2,646 square feet. The terrace is substantial outdoor space, but it is separate from the reported interior area; the two figures should not be treated as one combined interior square-footage total. The article’s imagery and captions show an open-plan living area, kitchen and bedrooms, plus a southern patio view toward the Freedom Tower.

A converted factory with eight penthouses
The duplex is one of eight penthouses atop an eight-story building with 53 residences. Mansion Global describes the condominium as a conversion of a 19th-century bookbinding factory. That history and the building’s scale provide context for the property, but the reports cited here do not include an appraisal or a market-comparables analysis to quantify how those features affect its price.

Because the last cited listing reports are dated, anyone considering the property should first confirm its status and price through an active listing record or the listing agents identified in Mansion Global’s September 2025 coverage: Corcoran agents Noble Black, Matthew Mackay and Cory Cahlon. Before evaluating the asking price, a buyer would also need current property-specific information—such as carrying costs, the condominium’s financial and governing documents, and comparable sales—which is not established by the cited coverage.
