Apakah Juknis BOK Puskesmas 2026 sudah resmi?
Status yang dapat dipastikan dari sumber resmi adalah bahwa kerangka pengelolaan Dana BOK diatur dalam Permenkes Nomor 18 Tahun 2024 sebagaimana diubah dengan Permenkes Nomor 18 Tahun 2025. Portal SLINK Kementerian Kesehatan menampilkan materi untuk BOK Daerah TA 2026, termasuk “Rancangan Juknis BOK TA 2026” dan “DRAFT PERMENKES JUKOP BOK TA 2026”. Label tersebut menunjukkan materi rancangan, bukan penetapan final.
Karena itu, belum ada dasar dalam sumber resmi yang ditelusuri untuk memastikan nomor, tanggal penetapan, maupun isi final petunjuk operasional 2026. Pencarian JDIH untuk nomor keputusan yang disebut dalam dokumen pihak ketiga juga tidak menghasilkan konfirmasi. Jangan menganggap salinan yang beredar atau dokumen berlabel draft sebagai aturan yang telah berlaku.

JDIH Kementerian Kesehatan mencatat Permenkes Nomor 18 Tahun 2024 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan. Peraturan itu ditetapkan pada 23 Desember 2024 dan diundangkan pada 24 Desember 2024. Lihat JDIH Kementerian Kesehatan.

Permenkes Nomor 18 Tahun 2025 mengubah Permenkes 18/2024. Menurut catatan JDIH, peraturan perubahan itu ditetapkan pada 24 Desember 2025, diundangkan pada 29 Desember 2025, dan berstatus berlaku pada halaman yang ditelusuri. Periksa catatan peraturan di JDIH. Untuk penerapan, rujuk naskah peraturan dan perubahan resminya, bukan ringkasan atau unggahan pihak ketiga.
Apa arti BOK Puskesmas?
Dalam Permenkes 18/2025, Dana Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan dijelaskan sebagai dana alokasi khusus nonfisik untuk membantu mendanai kegiatan operasional bidang kesehatan yang merupakan urusan daerah sesuai program prioritas nasional. - Pastikan naskahnya final. Bedakan dokumen yang berlabel “rancangan” atau “draft” dari peraturan atau petunjuk operasional yang sudah ditetapkan.
- Periksa lampiran dan versi lengkap. Jangan menyimpulkan alokasi, kegiatan, atau kewajiban pelaporan hanya dari judul, cuplikan, atau ringkasan.
- Cocokkan pelaksanaan setempat. Konfirmasikan penerapan dokumen resmi dengan Dinas Kesehatan sesuai arahan yang berlaku di daerah.
