JSSC JMSCCE-2023 direct link and current status
The commission’s JSSC website provides its Application Forms page, which directed candidates to the JMSCCE-2023 online application. The 2023 registration window has expired, so its application link is not a current way to apply. The official JMSCCE-2023 portal records the schedule for that cycle.

What the 2023 application process required
The commission’s how-to-apply instructions described an online process. Applicants were asked to have a valid email address and mobile number, prepare the required documents and scanned photograph and signature, complete the form carefully, pay through the indicated options, and retain the registration slip and payment proof. The official instructions refer candidates to the advertisement for full eligibility conditions.
The official FAQ cautioned, “It is advisable not to wait for last minute rush.” It noted that delays accessing the registration page could occur and advised trying again later or during off-peak hours. That guidance was for applicants during the published 2023 registration window.
