Which JSSC JE admit card did the 2022 notice refer to?
It was for JSSC’s JDLCCE 2021, the recruitment examination for Junior Engineer posts. The examination identifier is 2021 even though contemporary coverage reported the admit-card release in October 2022. It is distinct from the Staff Selection Commission’s central SSC JE recruitment and from Junior Engineer examinations run by other state bodies.
The Times of India and Jagran Josh reported the release on 18 October 2022. The Times of India’s report and Jagran Josh’s report described the JDLCCE 2021 card and the JSSC portal.
Can you still download the JSSC JE admit card?
No current download access is established. Contemporary reports gave 22 October 2022 at 6 p.m. as the cutoff, and the examination period as 23 October through 7 November 2022. Both dates have passed. The present or archived status of the old JSSC link has not been verified, so do not assume it still works.

The reported cutoff and exam dates appeared in The Times of India’s coverage and Jagran Josh’s coverage. An official JSSC notice or portal page confirming those details was not available in the sources reviewed.
How candidates were told to download it in 2022
These are the steps reported for the expired download window, not instructions for a currently available service:

- Select the link labeled “Link for Admit Card of Jharkhand Diploma Level Combined Competitive Examination–2021.”
- Enter the requested login details. The Times of India and Jagran Josh reported that candidates needed a User ID and password.
- Download the admit card and print it, as the contemporary reports instructed candidates to do.
Those historical reports do not establish whether the link remains available, whether access was later extended, or what support options may now exist. They also do not verify specific identity documents or exam-day entry requirements.
What exam format did contemporary reports describe?
The Times of India reported the following pattern for this recruitment examination. These figures come from secondary coverage, not an official JSSC document verified here, and should not be treated as rules for later JSSC recruitments.

When searching old notices or records, check both the issuing commission and the exam name. The relevant record is from the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission and names the Jharkhand Diploma Level Combined Competitive Examination–2021. A card or notice for SSC JE or another state’s Junior Engineer recruitment is not interchangeable.
