GreenPages promoted Chief Revenue Officer Josh Dinneen to the newly created role of president on March 22, 2023. He retained the CRO title and continued reporting to CEO Ron Dupler while taking on a broader remit spanning revenue, strategy, corporate development, investment and organizational alignment. GreenPages later became Blue Mantis, and Dinneen became its CEO on January 1, 2024.
Who is Josh Dinneen?
Josh Dinneen is a technology-services executive who joined GreenPages in late 2018. Before the 2023 appointment, he was the company’s chief revenue officer. GreenPages described his work as helping shift the business from solutions integration toward managed service-provider offerings.
In its contemporaneous account, CRN reported that Dinneen characterized himself as “a build and growth guy.” The same report quoted Dupler saying Dinneen had driven the organization’s growth and transformation since joining.
What changed when GreenPages made him president?
The company’s March 22, 2023 announcement said Dinneen would keep the CRO title and continue reporting to Dupler. The president role was newly created, and its expanded responsibilities reached beyond sales and revenue leadership.

Dupler’s appointment announcement called Dinneen a driving force in GreenPages’ growth and diversification. These are the company’s stated reasons and descriptions of the appointment, rather than an independent assessment of his performance.
What growth figures were cited in 2023?
GreenPages said that over the preceding three-year period it had achieved the following compound growth rates. CRN also reported these figures as company performance claims; they were not presented as independently audited results.

CRN additionally reported a 50% increase in Net Promoter Score over the prior 18 months. It described operational changes associated with the transformation: packaging services as monthly recurring-revenue offerings, changing sales compensation to support managed services, redesigning the sales force, and adding or elevating leaders in information security, service delivery and finance.
CRN also reported that Dinneen intended to pursue further acquisitions and identified zero-trust security and FinOps managed services as areas of interest. Those were reported plans, not confirmation that particular acquisitions or initiatives later occurred.

GreenPages announced on July 11, 2023 that it was rebranding and changing its name to Blue Mantis. The company’s rebrand announcement marks the transition from the name used at the time of Dinneen’s promotion.
Blue Mantis later announced that Dinneen would become CEO effective January 1, 2024. In that announcement, the company cited five-year growth rates since he joined in 2018: 405% in cybersecurity, 119% in cloud services and 495% in managed services. These figures cover a different period and, for cloud, a differently described category than the three-year figures GreenPages cited in 2023; they should not be combined. Blue Mantis’ leadership page currently lists Dinneen as CEO.
