The JKPSC notice behind this admit-card announcement is dated 8 September 2025—not a current release. It scheduled the Civil Judge (Junior Division) preliminary examination for 21 September 2025, with admit cards available from 16 September. The material here does not verify a new 2026 release; check the official JKPSC website for notices covering any later examination cycle.

What the 2025 JKPSC notice said

The JKPSC notice dated 8 September 2025 concerned the Civil Judge (Junior Division) preliminary examination in the Subordinate Judiciary. It set the exam date as 21 September 2025 and said candidates could download their e-Admit Cards from 16 September 2025.

The examination was scheduled in two sessions:

  • 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
  • 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

How candidates were told to download the admit card

  1. Sign in to the JKPSC candidate account with the user ID and password.
  2. Open the Admit Card menu.
  3. Select Get Admit Card.
  4. Print the e-Admit Card.

These instructions apply to the 2025 notice. For a later examination, use the dates and steps in that cycle’s official notice rather than assuming the old schedule still applies.

What to do if the download failed

For the 2025 examination only, candidates unable to download the card were told to approach the Commission by 19 September 2025 with valid proof that they had submitted the online application and fee. That deadline has passed and is not a current remedy for another cycle.

The notice also advised candidates to print their cards in advance, citing server-access difficulties some candidates had faced on the last day because of server overload. It described candidature for that examination as provisional.

Checking for a later notice

The 2025 dates should not be treated as active dates. JKPSC has a separate 2026 admit-card notice, but the available information does not establish that it concerns the Civil Judge preliminary examination. Confirm the post, exam stage, and schedule in the relevant notice before acting.
