JKPSC later confirmed that the prelims were held on 28 September, so this is a historical schedule, not a current admit-card release.
Revised JKPSC Civil Judge prelims schedule
JKPSC’s notice of 8 September 2025 initially set the preliminary examination for 21 September and said admit cards would be available from 16 September. A postponement notice issued on 18 September replaced those dates. The revised schedule was:
| Item | Initial schedule (8 September 2025) | Revised schedule (18 September 2025) |
|---|---|---|
| Preliminary examination | 21 September 2025 | 28 September 2025 |
| Admit cards available from | 16 September 2025 | 22 September 2025 |
The revised date and session times were stated in the JKPSC postponement notice dated 18 September 2025; the initial dates and instructions appeared in the JKPSC notice dated 8 September 2025. The later notice controls.
Exam sessions on 28 September 2025
The prelims were scheduled in two sessions:
- Forenoon: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
- Afternoon: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The postponement notice, signed by Sachin Jamwal, JKAS, Controller of Examination, stated: “The examination shall now be held on 28.09.2025 (Sunday) in two sessions: from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and from 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.”

How candidates accessed the admit card
For the 2025 release, JKPSC instructed candidates to sign in to their account on the Commission’s website using their user ID and password. They were to open the Admit Card menu, select “Get Admit Card,” and print the card. The original notice advised candidates to print it well in advance, citing possible access difficulty on the last day due to server overload.
The 8 September notice asked candidates who could not download a card to contact the Commission by or before 19 September 2025 with proof of application submission and fee payment. That date preceded the revised 22 September card-hosting date announced on 18 September. These were instructions for the 2025 examination; they are not a current application or support deadline.

The exam has already taken place
JKPSC later recorded that the prelims were conducted on 28 September 2025, with 2,974 candidates appearing in full. The Commission’s record also says the Mains examination was conducted from 16 to 26 November 2025. On 11 June 2026, JKPSC’s homepage listing showed a download for the Civil Services (Judicial) Competitive Examination 2025 marks card. The official examination record and JKPSC homepage listing therefore place this schedule well in the past.
The recruitment notices refer to Notification No. 07-PSC (DR-P) of 2025, issued on 14 May 2025. Candidates seeking later records or updates should check JKPSC’s official website and their candidate account; the expired admit-card dates do not establish what may be available there now.
