October 25, 2024 was the tentative date the online application link was expected to go live—not the date the notice was issued. The firm closing date was November 21, 2024, at 4:30 PM. The application window has closed, so the notice should not be treated as an open opportunity. JIPMER’s announcement record includes later eligibility and interview documents for this recruitment, and a revised notice in 2025 set a later deadline for subsequent recruitment activity.

The notice instructed candidates to apply online and submit supporting materials as directed, including soft-copy and hard-copy steps. Applicants seeking more than one post or specialty had to submit a separate application for each. The historical upload instructions specified a colored photograph and signature in JPEG/JPG format, each between 50 and 200 KB.
