That recruitment has since moved to later stages: JCI’s recruitment page lists results and waiting lists, and its applicant portal marks Employment Notification No. 02/2024 closed. Check JCI’s official recruitment page for the current record; the available evidence does not confirm that the old individual admit-card download link still works.
Where to check JCI recruitment updates now
Use JCI’s official recruitment page to check notices and later updates for Employment Notification No. 02/2024. The page lists subsequent shortlisting notices, results and waiting lists for the three posts. The official applicant portal labels the 2024 application closed.
The public records establish that the application window is closed and that recruitment progressed beyond the admit-card stage. They do not establish whether an individual candidate can still retrieve a previously issued card after signing in. If you have a candidate-specific access problem, use JCI’s official recruitment information and contact details rather than relying on a historic direct link.

Scroll.in reported on 29 November 2024 that the admit card had been released. Its instructions at the time were to visit JCI’s website, open Recruitment, select the non-executive cadre admit-card link, sign in, then download and print the card. Those were the steps reported in November 2024, not confirmation that the same download route remains available now.

Applicant login and retrieval details
The portal’s registration period was 10–30 September 2024 and is now marked closed. For applicant login, it asks registered applicants for their application number and password. Its retrieval section asks for the advertisement number, date of birth and mobile number. These fields may help applicants navigate the portal, but the closed status does not guarantee that an old admit card can still be downloaded.
