What is the JAC T9 FRISON 2X price in Pakistan?
PakWheels reported the FRISON 2X launch price as Rs. 8,775,000 ex-factory on October 9, 2025. Its current listing for the 2026 Frison RWD repeats PKR 8,775,000 and says freight, taxes and documentation charges are excluded. The listing does not establish a definitive on-road total. PakWheels’ launch report and the current Frison RWD listing are secondary sources; confirm the latest price and charges with Ghandhara before budgeting or placing an order.
The launch report also gave a booking amount of Rs. 2.3 million. That is a reported launch-time figure, not confirmation of the current booking requirement. Ask the dealer for the current booking terms, payment schedule and expected delivery details in writing.
How does the FRISON 2X compare with the T9 Hunter?
The key distinction is drivetrain: the FRISON 2X is rear-wheel drive (4×2), while the T9 Hunter is 4×4. The launch coverage presented the 2X as a lower-priced, road-oriented alternative to the Hunter. PakWheels’ model page currently lists the Frison RWD at PKR 8,775,000 and the Hunter at PKR 10,500,000, both ex-factory. These are listed prices, not a guarantee of a dealer’s current quote. The figures are PakWheels’ current variant listings, not a controlled ownership-cost comparison. The available sources do not establish a fuel-economy advantage or comparative maintenance costs for either variant. A lower purchase price does not by itself show which truck will cost less to own; consider how often you need 4×4 traction and obtain variant-specific quotes for taxes, freight, insurance and other charges.

PakWheels’ October 2025 launch article reported the following specifications and equipment for the FRISON 2X. No official FRISON 2X specification sheet was identified to independently confirm these details, so treat them as launch coverage rather than a verified current specification list.

Confirm the specific features, wheel fitment and payload rating for the vehicle and model year being offered; equipment can vary by variant or change over time.
When did bookings open, and what is confirmed about the launch?
PakWheels reported the FRISON 2X launch on October 9, 2025, and said bookings were open at Ghandhara dealerships across Pakistan at that time. This is a launch-time booking announcement, not evidence that orders are currently open or that delivery timing is unchanged.

JAC Motors separately said the T9 pickup was officially launched in Karachi with its Pakistan partner in February 2025. The company quoted the partner’s CEO saying, “The JAC T9 pickup will bring a brand-new option to the Pakistani market.” That announcement concerns the T9 launch generally; it does not verify the FRISON 2X’s current price, availability or specifications.
