Is the December 2, 2026 Walmart+ deal available?
It is unconfirmed. Walmart’s 2024 Black Friday announcement offered one year of Walmart+ for $49, described as 50% off, through December 2. A 2025 report also described a $49 annual price for new members through December 2, 2025. Neither establishes that the same promotion is available in 2026.

Before treating a seasonal offer as live, check Walmart’s current offer page or checkout for the expiration date and time zone, who qualifies, the total price, and the renewal charge. The 2024 announcement is historical evidence of that year’s offer, not a guarantee of an annual promotion. The 2025 offer was reported by Tom’s Guide.

Confirm the price you will actually pay
Review the final checkout amount and the offer’s terms, including any eligibility restrictions and exclusions. If a discount is introductory, make sure you know the regular renewal price shown for your account; the general 2026 seasonal price and renewal amount have not been established.
Understand recurring billing and cancellation
Walmart’s membership terms say benefits require an active membership in good standing and applicable eligibility. They also describe recurring renewal unless you cancel. The terms provide account and customer-care routes for cancellation, so review them before starting a paid membership.

Compare the benefits with your shopping habits
Walmart’s 2026 SEC filing lists benefits including unlimited shipping on eligible items with no order minimum, store delivery, fuel discounts, mobile Scan & Go, and other benefits. Availability and usefulness can vary. Check which benefits are available where you shop and whether you expect to use them enough to justify the amount billed after any discount.
