Re:

Is Treasure NFT Legit or a Scam? What the Evidence Shows

Available evidence raises substantial concerns about Treasure NFT, but does not establish a specific regulator or court finding against its operator. Here are the warning signs and steps to protect yourself.

There is not enough reliable evidence to call Treasure NFT verified or safe. Available sources raise serious risk concerns, including allegations of withdrawal problems and a channel using the Treasure NFT/Nova NFT name that asks users to deposit 30 USDT before entering a withdrawal process. Those claims are not independently established. Nigerian SEC notices about the similarly named CBEX/Smart Treasure operation do not prove it is the same business.

What is Treasure NFT, and what is actually verified?

Treasure NFT’s LinkedIn profile describes a blockchain service and an NFT trading platform, claiming that algorithmic pricing and liquidity features support trading. Those are the profile’s own descriptions, not independent proof that the platform completed trades, generated returns, or operates as claimed. Treasure NFT’s LinkedIn profile does not by itself establish the identity of the legal operator or its regulatory status.

The evidence available does not establish a regulator or court finding specifically against an identifiable Treasure NFT operator. That is not a finding that the platform is legitimate; it means its exact operator, jurisdiction, and legal status remain unresolved by the sources cited here.

What are the main warning signs?

Allegations of high returns, referrals, and withdrawal problems

NFT Scam Watch labels TreasureNFT and NovaNFT a Ponzi scheme and alleges links between them, fixed or daily returns, referral incentives, withdrawal blocking, and rebranding. These are allegations by a third-party monitoring site, not findings by a regulator or court. The site’s characterization should not be treated as proof of how the platform operated or of any specific loss total. NFT Scam Watch’s TreasureNFT and NovaNFT page

A reported payment demand before withdrawal

A Telegram channel using the Treasure NFT/Nova NFT name says users must deposit 30 USDT to verify assets before entering a withdrawal process. The channel’s official status is unverified, and its post does not establish that paying leads to a withdrawal. A request to send additional money to release existing funds is a serious warning sign; do not pay based only on instructions from a platform or social channel. Secondary reporting is not an official finding

A CoinDCX explainer dated August 3, 2026 repeats claims about fixed daily returns and withdrawal freezes, and refers to a West Bengal Police warning. That is secondary reporting; the specific police notice was not independently located for this assessment. Do not treat the explainer as proof of an official finding about Treasure NFT. Does Nigeria’s SEC notice apply to Treasure NFT?

Not on the evidence cited here. Nigeria’s SEC notices dated April 17 and June 11, 2025 name CBEX and entities identified as ST Technologies International Ltd, Smart Treasure, or Super Technology. The notices say those entities were not registered or authorized to offer investment services in Nigeria and describe complaints or enforcement activity. They do not identify Treasure NFT or establish that it is an alias, affiliate, or successor. SEC Nigeria’s April 17, 2025 CBEX notice · SEC Nigeria’s June 11, 2025 CBEX notice

The SEC’s registration-verification advice in those notices is specific to Nigeria. If you are assessing any investment platform, check the exact legal entity and its permitted activity directly with the regulator responsible for your jurisdiction. A similar name, company profile, screenshot, or claim to hold an MSB registration does not establish that an entity is authorized to offer a particular investment service.

How to assess the risk before sending money

For an investment platform, check these points against the exact legal operator and jurisdiction rather than relying on promotional claims:

  • Regulatory status: Is the named legal entity listed by the relevant regulator, and does its authorization cover the activity being offered?
  • Accountability: Can you identify the legal operator and people responsible for the service?
  • Trading evidence: Is there independently verifiable transaction history, rather than just a platform description or claimed returns?
  • How returns are generated: Are returns described as guaranteed or tied to recruiting others, rather than explained by verifiable activity and risk?
  • Custody and withdrawals: Are the terms clear, and does the platform demand another payment to unlock funds?

No comparable, independently verified investment platform is established by these sources, so there is no basis here to rank Treasure NFT against a competitor.

If you are being asked to pay to withdraw

  1. Do not send more money to verify assets, pay a tax, activate an account, or release a withdrawal based solely on platform or social-channel instructions.
  2. Preserve records: Save messages, receipts, transaction hashes, account details, and screenshots of relevant terms or withdrawal prompts.
  3. Contact the payment provider or exchange you used and ask what reporting or account-protection steps are available.
  4. Report the matter through the relevant local regulator or law-enforcement channel. Use the appropriate jurisdiction; the Nigerian SEC notices do not determine Treasure NFT’s status elsewhere.
  5. Be wary of recovery offers that promise to retrieve crypto in exchange for an upfront fee. No recovery is guaranteed.
