Yes. The long-rumored T-Mobile credit card is now available: T-Mobile and Capital One launched the T-Mobile Visa on Nov. 4, 2025, with eligible customers able to apply from that day. Capital One issues the card; Visa is the payment network. Capital One’s launch announcement and T-Mobile’s current card page describe the product and its terms.
What happened to the rumored T-Mobile credit card?
On Oct. 28, 2025, Android Authority reported that T-Mobile’s app referenced a “T-Mobile Visa credit card” in its AutoPay options, but the company had not announced the card. T-Mobile and Capital One announced it a week later, on Nov. 4, 2025. The earlier report is now historical context, not evidence that the card is still pending. Capital One is the exclusive issuer of the co-branded T-Mobile Visa Signature, issued by Capital One, N.A. under a Visa license. At launch, applications were available through T-Life and the T-Mobile and Capital One websites; retail applications began Nov. 10, 2025. What does the T-Mobile Visa offer?
T-Mobile’s product page currently lists rewards, an AutoPay discount for eligible customers, and no annual fee. Rewards are T-Mobile Rewards, not unrestricted cash back. T-Mobile’s current card page provides the published rates and offer; its FAQ explains redemption limits.

The rewards are redeemable toward eligible T-Mobile purchases or a wireless bill, according to T-Mobile’s FAQ. Rewards cannot be used for recurring payments; the FAQ says a one-time bill payment using rewards can preserve the AutoPay discount. T-Mobile also says rewards may be lost if the card account closes before redemption. Read the T-Mobile Visa FAQ for the conditions.
Who can apply, and who may qualify for the AutoPay discount?
T-Mobile and Capital One’s published eligibility rules specify active consumer postpaid wireless customers with at least one active line on an eligible smartphone plan. Applicants must reside in one of the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, or a U.S. military location. The stated exclusions include prepaid, government, and T-Mobile for Business customers. Eligibility criteria may change; consult the current product page and FAQ.

T-Mobile says this is the only credit card eligible for its AutoPay discount, but that does not mean every cardholder or plan receives it. The discount is subject to plan and payment conditions. Check your account’s current AutoPay terms before switching payment methods or assuming a particular monthly reduction.

Capital One’s Nov. 4, 2025 launch announcement disclosed a variable purchase APR of 18.99% or 28.99%, depending on creditworthiness, with the APR disclosure dated Nov. 1, 2025. That is a historical disclosure, not a current quote: check the application’s pricing and terms for the APR offered to you. Carrying a balance can outweigh the value of rewards.
