The listing describes a three-page “Client Information Sheet” and displays information it attributes to a company, a representative, and an HSBC Germany account. That establishes only what the user-uploaded page claims to contain. The available sources do not establish whether an original PDF is authentic, whether any listed details are accurate, or whether the purported account exists. Avoid reposting or sharing the listing’s identity-document numbers, account identifiers, or other sensitive personal and financial data.
What HSBC’s official information confirms
HSBC announced that on 3 July 2023 the assets and customers of HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt GmbH were moved to HSBC Continental Europe S.A., Germany. HSBC Germany’s locations page lists HSBC Continental Europe S.A., Germany, at Hansaallee 3, 40549 Düsseldorf, with the general telephone number +49 211 9100 and BIC TUBDDEDD. These are general bank contact details, not confirmation that a particular account belongs to PLINVEST TRUST. Check HSBC Germany’s official locations and contact information.
How to check the payment details safely
- Find HSBC’s contact route independently. Use the contact information on HSBC Germany’s official website, not a phone number, email address, link, or payment coordinate supplied only by the sheet.
- Ask HSBC what it can confirm. Provide the document and ask whether the bank can verify the relevant payment instructions or explain how to validate them. The general contact details published by HSBC are a starting point; they do not themselves verify an account.
- Confirm the payment destination with the intended recipient through a separate trusted channel. Do not treat a document’s branding, legal language, or appearance as proof that payment instructions are genuine.
- Wait for independent confirmation before sending money. If the details cannot be verified, do not rely on them for a transfer.
Do the legal references in the sheet prove it is legitimate?
No. The listing’s text invokes international due-diligence rules and a Swiss criminal-code provision, but the available sources do not establish that those references apply to this purported German bank account or authenticate the sheet. HSBC’s legal-resources page describes general due-diligence practices, including requests about source of funds, company structures, and beneficial owners. The sources establish that a user uploaded a listing describing a client-information sheet and that HSBC’s German business transitioned to HSBC Continental Europe S.A., Germany, in July 2023. They do not establish whether the sheet is genuine, whether its account or company details are accurate, or whether the alleged account is active.
