Who qualifies for the T-Mobile DashPass offer?
Eligibility depends on your specific T-Mobile account and plan. DoorDash’s current T-Mobile Perk Terms direct customers to T-Life to identify qualifying plans; they do not provide a universal plan list. You must remain subscribed to an eligible plan to remain eligible for the benefit. Check the offer shown for your account rather than assuming your plan is included.

The terms cover the United States and Puerto Rico, but exclude the U.S. Virgin Islands. The benefit is limited to one DashPass membership per T-Mobile account, and its redemption code can be used once.
How to get free DoorDash DashPass with T-Mobile
- Open the T-Life app and find the DashPass offer for your account. Confirm that your plan is shown as eligible and that the offer is available.
- Start redemption in T-Life and follow the prompts to DoorDash. If you do not have a DoorDash account, DoorDash says you can create one during the redemption process.
- Review the membership terms, renewal price and cancellation details displayed during activation before you accept.

Can you renew or redeem the offer again?
The terms allow redemption during promotional windows communicated by T-Mobile or DoorDash, including a re-enrollment window. They also provide a route for customers within 30 days of signing up for or upgrading to a qualifying T-Mobile plan. The current public information does not establish the date of a next promotional window, so check T-Life to see whether your account has an active offer.
What if you already have DashPass?
Existing DashPass customers may redeem, but DoorDash allows only one active DashPass membership at a time. Switching to the T-Mobile benefit may remove benefits tied to another membership. DoorDash’s T-Mobile Perk FAQ describes a prorated refund for a previously paid plan; review the terms for your account before switching, especially if you have an existing paid or promotional membership.

Will DashPass charge you after the free year?
Yes, unless you cancel. The terms reviewed state that the 12-month benefit automatically renews monthly at the then-current DashPass price. At the time those terms were reviewed in 2026, the listed price was $9.99 per month plus tax; verify the amount shown when you redeem because pricing can change.
The terms also address renewal after you cancel or downgrade your qualifying T-Mobile plan. Check the current terms and your DoorDash membership settings if your wireless plan changes, and cancel before the free period ends if you do not want a paid membership to continue.
