The reported wording establishes that Bidarian said MVP’s lawyers were pursuing people. It does not establish that a complaint was filed against the unnamed poster. Was Jake Paul suing Anthony Joshua?

Is this the same as Paul’s Matchroom Boxing case?
No. Paul’s earlier defamation case involving Matchroom Boxing concerned allegations involving boxing judge Glenn Feldman and other bouts—not the online post about the Joshua fight. The separate case is reported by ESPN. It should not be treated as evidence that a lawsuit over the Joshua-fight post was filed.
