The best available price reference is GameSpot’s May 2026 report of $15 per month, but that is a dated report—not confirmation of today’s price, regional pricing, or lineup.
What you get—and what the May 2026 example tells you
GameSpot reported that May 2026 Humble Choice included eight PC games delivered as downloadable digital codes. The lineup included Crysis 3 Remastered, Cubic Odyssey, Diablo IV, Heroes of Hammerwatch II, Mini Settlers, Nordhold, Rogue Waters, and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. How to decide whether the lineup is worth your money
Judge the bundle against the games you expect to play, not the number of codes or the combined list price. Make a short list of titles you genuinely want, then compare the amount you would otherwise spend on those games with the checkout price. If only one title interests you, buying it individually may be the better deal; if several are on your wishlist, the bundle may offer better value.

- Count only games you would choose. A game you do not plan to play adds little personal value, even if its retail price is high.
- Compare with your actual alternatives. Use prices you would realistically pay, including any sale price you would wait for, rather than assuming full list prices.
- Include perks only if you will use them. A discount on a future purchase is not savings if you would not have made that purchase anyway.
- Check the current lineup and checkout total. May 2026’s games and reported price do not establish what is available now.
Codes, platforms, and keeping games after cancellation
These are digital entitlements, and redemption is not necessarily through Steam. GameSpot reported that Diablo IV in the May 2026 lineup required redemption through Battle.net. Check each game’s stated platform and instructions before claiming it.
GameSpot also reported that members could keep the monthly games after cancelling, while noting that unredeemed codes could eventually expire. Those details make the distinction between a redeemed entitlement and an unused code important: redeem codes promptly and review the platform and expiration details attached to each one. The report does not establish that every title follows identical redemption or expiration rules.

How much weight to give the discounts and charity contribution
For May 2026, GameSpot reported member discounts of up to 20% on new releases and a 5% charity allocation from the subscription. Treat both as dated claims, not guaranteed current benefits. How Humble Choice differs from buying games individually
With individual purchases, you pay for the titles you select and do not need to value games you would skip. Choice bundles a month’s lineup for one subscription price, so it can be economical when multiple included games are on your list—but less compelling when most are not. Other subscriptions can use different access models, so compare whether you keep a redeemed game or only have access while subscribed; the available information does not support a current, like-for-like ranking against competitors.

Humble Choice can be a good buy for a month when the games you want are worth more to you than the checkout price. Treat the May 2026 $15 price, eight-game lineup, discount, and charity figure as historical reporting, then make the decision using the live offer and the redemption details for the titles you plan to claim.
