Bitcoin Solaris has a dated audit record for its BTC-S token, but that record does not establish that the whole project is safe. Cyberscope’s page lists a Solana-token assessment dated 15 April 2025, with zero findings and zero unresolved findings. It also says the token’s mint and freeze authorities are revoked. Those are useful, limited facts—not a guarantee against loss or proof that the project’s network, app, bridge, team, or future code is secure.
What security evidence is publicly listed for BTC-S?
Cyberscope’s “Bitcoin Solaris Smart Contract Audit” page identifies BTC-S as a token on the Solana Token Program. The page displays an audit iteration dated 15 April 2025, with zero findings and zero unresolved findings. It also lists the token’s mint, freeze, and update checks as “Safe,” and its mint and freeze authorities as “Revoked.” These descriptions report what Cyberscope displays for that token assessment; they do not settle risks outside its scope or changes made after the assessment.
Cyberscope’s dashboard, accessed in 2026, displays an overall score of 82%, a security subscore of 96%, and a “Low Risk” label. These are the platform’s own dashboard values and label, not an industry-wide ranking or an assurance that a buyer cannot lose money.
Coinscope separately lists a BTC-S audit as finished and says six checks passed, describing static analysis and manual contract review. That is another audit-platform listing, but it does not establish that the entire project or its operational systems are safe.

- BITCOIN EXCLUSIVE, PHONE VERIFICATION: Bitkey is designed from the ground up exclusively for bitcoin — a dedicated hardware wallet for secure bitcoin storage. Approve transactions with a tap using your phone and NFC. No device screen is required.
- SELF-CUSTODY, NO EXCHANGE OR CUSTODIAN REQUIRED: You hold two of the three keys in the Bitkey system – one on your phone and one on your Bitkey device. The third is stored on Bitkey’s server and cannot move your bitcoin on its own.
- NO SEED PHRASE: Set up and use Bitkey without creating or storing a seed phrase.
- 2-of-3 MULTISIG: Three keys are stored separately across your phone, Bitkey device, and Bitkey’s server. Any two keys are required to move your bitcoin.
- BUILT-IN RECOVERY: Encrypted backup and recovery tools can help you regain access if you lose your phone or Bitkey device. You can also designate a Recovery Contact.
What does the token audit not establish?
An audit record is bounded by what was reviewed, when it was reviewed, and the code or component in scope. Cyberscope’s listing is for a Solana token; it is not evidence of a whole-chain Layer 1 audit, a Nova App penetration test, a bridge audit, ongoing monitoring, or independent verification of every project claim. The 15 April 2025 date matters: the listing is not proof that later code or project activity was assessed.
The dashboard’s token findings and authority statuses also should not be read as a review of every operational control. In particular, a revoked mint authority is a specific status for the listed token record; it does not rule out other technical, custody, governance, market, or user risks.

Does “industry-leading security” fit the evidence?
The available audit listings do not provide a comparative industry ranking that supports the phrase “industry-leading.” Cyberscope’s 96% security subscore is a score on its own dashboard. Without a stated comparison set and methodology establishing a rank, it should not be treated as proof that Bitcoin Solaris is more secure than other projects.
Likewise, “zero findings” means the cited assessment reported no findings in its scope; it does not prove that vulnerabilities do not exist. An assessment may not cover every component, later change, operating practice, or way a user could be harmed.

What has the project said about its app, network, and bridge?
Network and Nova App claims
A 15 May 2025 GlobeNewswire release published as paid content described Bitcoin Solaris’s design as having a Base Layer that combines Proof-of-Stake and Proof-of-Capacity, and a Solaris Layer that uses Proof-of-History and Proof-of-Time. It said the Nova App was being finalized and described planned use of idle smartphone resources. Those are dated project statements, not independent confirmation of the architecture’s operation or the app’s current launch status.
The same paid release claimed more than 10,000 transactions per second, sub-two-second finality, a fixed supply of 21 million BTC-S, and a halving-based emission model. The available evidence does not independently verify those performance or tokenomics claims. The release’s disclaimer says: “We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented.” Treat the figures and descriptions accordingly.

Bridge controls
Bitcoin Solaris’s “Bridging” documentation describes multisignature authorization, real-time monitoring and anomaly detection, regular security audits, timelocks, and transaction limits. These are controls the project documentation says the bridge includes; the available independent evidence does not confirm their current implementation or show an audit report covering the bridge.
Team verification
Cyberscope’s page says “No Cyberscope KYC.” That means this audit record should not be described as Cyberscope verification of the team’s identities. Bitcoin Solaris’s security page links to a Freshcoins KYC PDF, but the report’s contents and verification scope are not established here, so it does not support a broader claim about who was verified or what checks were performed.

How can you check that a token is really BTC-S?
Do not rely on the name or ticker alone: another token can use a similar name or symbol. Bitcoin Solaris’s security page links to the Solscan token address and the Cyberscope audit PDF. The listed full token address is HjKkxYmvekKYo1WhWJivx5SeZxKP2vJ9CCZp9ZmvCCKq.
- Start with the project’s official security documentation. Find the token address there, rather than trusting an address sent in a message, social post, or search result.
- Compare the full address. Check the entire address against the token shown in your wallet or on an explorer. A matching ticker or shortened address is not enough.
- Check what you are interacting with. Confirm whether the asset is the Solana token covered by the listing or a different contract, network, app, or bridge route.
- Verify current status separately. The audit iteration is dated 15 April 2025. Confirm current project and token information rather than assuming that the old assessment covers later changes.
What should a buyer or holder conclude?
The evidence supports a narrow conclusion: Cyberscope lists a dated assessment of the BTC-S Solana token, reports zero findings and zero unresolved findings for that assessment, and shows mint and freeze authorities revoked. Coinscope also lists a completed assessment with six checks passed. Neither record is a comprehensive independent assessment of Bitcoin Solaris as a whole.
For a personal-finance decision, an audit is only one input. It does not guarantee against market losses, illiquidity, loss of private keys, phishing, fraud, bridge failures, or future code changes. The reviewed evidence does not provide a comprehensive independent investment-risk assessment, and it does not establish that BTC-S is safe to buy or hold.
The project roadmap lists Q3 2026 as a mainnet target and Q4 2026 as a hardware-wallet integration target, while warning that the roadmap can change. Those entries are plans, not confirmation that the milestones have been delivered. No device-specific source confirms current BTC-S support. If considering a Solana-compatible hardware wallet, check the manufacturer’s current supported-asset information and confirm BTC-S by its full address; a wallet can help protect private-key custody, but it cannot make a token or investment safe.
