Bonfiglioli’s price band needs confirmation
The calendar reports a ₹558–584 band and ₹2,534 crore issue size. Prudent’s forthcoming-issues page instead reports a ₹558–586 band and an issue-size range of ₹2,412.74–2,533.81 crore. These secondary listings differ, so do not treat either as definitive: confirm Bonfiglioli’s final RHP or price-band notice. Prudent forthcoming issues.

What the GMP figures do—and do not—mean
GMP means grey-market premium: a reported premium or discount in unofficial trading outside the exchange. It is not an official IPO price, an exchange quote, or a guaranteed return. A tracker distinguishes its GMP-derived estimated price from actual listing and listing-day closing prices; the estimate should not be presented as the price at which shares will list. Tonbo’s snapshots conflict
The 13 October calendar snapshot lists Tonbo’s GMP at ₹390, while a separate India IPO tracker result reported ₹285. That gap illustrates why a GMP figure must be tied to its source and capture time; it is not safe to label either value simply as the latest without checking again. The calendar’s other snapshots on 13 October were ₹175 for Bonfiglioli, ₹40 for Sahajanand Medical and ₹22 for Zetwerk.
Do not rank IPOs by GMP alone
Tonbo has the highest GMP in the calendar snapshot, but that does not establish that it is the strongest investment. The figures here do not provide company valuations, fundamentals or a risk-adjusted comparison. Assess the offer documents and your own risk tolerance separately from any unofficial premium.
