InMobi’s reported IPO plans are not final offer terms. A July 21, 2026 report said the company had appointed four banks for a proposed India listing intended to raise about $1 billion, while noting that the plans could change. No final offer price, share count, or InMobi prospectus was located in the sources reviewed.

What has been reported about the InMobi IPO?

InMobi Pte was reportedly preparing to list in India while re-domiciling from Singapore. Bloomberg reporting republished by Moneycontrol on July 21, 2026 said the company appointed JPMorgan Chase, Jefferies, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and Axis Capital for the proposed offering. The report described the process as expected to begin soon, but said the plans were not final and could change. Company and bank spokespeople declined to comment, so the report is not a company confirmation. Moneycontrol, July 21, 2026

How should investors interpret the $1 billion figure?

About $1 billion is the reported amount the IPO might raise; it is not the company’s valuation, a share price, or the amount any individual investor can buy. The report does not establish whether the proposed proceeds would come from newly issued shares, shares sold by existing holders, or a combination.

Earlier reports gave different preliminary estimates. They should be read as dated reports based on sources, not as a settled target:

Report Reported raise Possible valuation Qualification
Bloomberg, July 2025, as summarized by Moneycontrol Up to $1 billion $5 billion to $6 billion Preliminary discussions; no final decisions were reported. Moneycontrol, July 2025
Moneycontrol, February 2026 $500 million or more $4 billion to $5 billion Attributed to unnamed sources. Moneycontrol, February 2026
Bloomberg reporting republished by Moneycontrol, July 2026 About $1 billion Referred back to the $5 billion to $6 billion range Proposed plans were not final and could change. Moneycontrol, July 21, 2026

The raise and valuation are different measures: one concerns the proceeds sought in an offering, while the other is an estimate of the company’s overall value. None of the figures above is an audited company figure or a confirmed IPO term.

Are final IPO terms available?

The sources reviewed did not locate an InMobi prospectus or public offer document setting out a final price, share count, or other definitive terms. InMobi’s official press page contains company releases through September 2026 but does not provide IPO terms. InMobi press releases

SEBI’s public-issues page is a place to check for filed documents, but the search did not locate an InMobi offer document there. Investors should rely on an eventual official offer document and current regulatory filings for definitive terms rather than on estimates in media reports. SEBI public issues

How can investors assess the offering when documents appear?

Do not decide whether the IPO is attractive from the reported raise or valuation alone. When official documents become available, use them to check the actual structure and the evidence behind the proposed price.

  1. Identify who is selling. Separate newly issued shares, which can raise money for the company, from shares sold by existing holders. The reports do not establish InMobi’s proposed mix.
  2. Read the audited financial statements. Examine revenue, profitability, cash flow, debt, and how results have changed over time; no figures on these measures are established by the reports cited here.
  3. Review the use of proceeds. Check the stated purposes for funds raised by the company and whether those plans are specific.
  4. Understand ownership and control. Read the disclosed shareholding, voting rights, and governance arrangements rather than assuming a listing changes control in a particular way.
  5. Assess the risk disclosures. Identify the business, regulatory, operational, and other risks the company itself describes.
  6. Compare the final price and valuation with the offer details. Use the final price, share count, and financial disclosures; do not treat earlier press estimates as a fair-value benchmark.

What to make of an unrelated SEC filing

A filing that appeared in an initial search for InMobi is for an unrelated registrant, SEC CIK 1489993. Its May 2026 IPO price and proceeds are not InMobi terms and should not be used to estimate this offering. SEC registrant CIK 1489993

Is the InMobi IPO available to buy?

The reports describe a proposed offering, not a completed launch or an open subscription. They do not establish that shares are available to purchase, nor do they provide a confirmed valuation on which to judge whether an investment would be suitable. Treat the reported plans and ranges as preliminary news based on unnamed sources, not as an investment recommendation or an offer to sell securities.
