Training Industry announced its 2025 Top Online Learning Library Companies on August 7, 2025, and the assignment title identifies INE as a selectee. The announcement describes the list’s selection criteria, but the linked list page now displays the 2026 edition and does not show the historical 2025 roster in its accessible text. That means the announcement date and criteria are verifiable from Training Industry, while INE’s 2025 placement cannot be independently confirmed from the current list page.

What the 2025 recognition says

Training Industry’s August 7, 2025 announcement introduced its selections for the Top Online Learning Library Companies list. Its stated criteria covered course scope and quality, platform features and capabilities, market presence and brand visibility, innovation and impact, client portfolio and customer relationships, and business performance and growth trajectory. These are Training Industry’s criteria, not an independent audit or guarantee of a provider’s results. Read the 2025 announcement.

The announcement quotes Jalen Banks, market research analyst at Training Industry, describing selected companies as having expansive content libraries and platform features, including on-demand content, reinforcement tools, assessments, and data capabilities. Those comments describe the category’s selection rationale; they are not a product-specific evaluation of INE.

Why the 2025 roster is not visible on the current list page

Training Industry’s current Top Online Learning Library Companies page displays the 2026 edition. Its accessible text does not provide the historical 2025 roster, so it cannot serve as independent confirmation that INE appeared in that earlier edition. The assignment title identifies INE as named, but readers should distinguish that identification from what can be confirmed on the currently available list page.

The application schedule published by Training Industry lists the 2025 Online Learning Library cycle as opening June 18, closing July 2, and releasing August 7. See the 2025 application schedule.

How to interpret the list as an L&D buyer

Training Industry describes online learning libraries as on-demand content for corporate and individual learning and development. Solutions may use internally curated content, externally accessed material, or a blend. The recognition is therefore a starting point for finding potential training partners, not a substitute for checking whether a library fits your organization’s learners, skills priorities, and delivery needs.

The current category page says the companies are not ranked because their solutions vary. Do not infer that INE held a particular numbered position or outperformed every other provider. Compare candidates against the published criteria and your own requirements:

  • Content: Check whether course topics, depth, quality, and currency match the skills your learners need.
  • Platform and learning features: Ask which assessment, reinforcement, reporting, and data capabilities are included and how they support your learning process.
  • Fit and service: Evaluate the provider’s client relationships and whether its approach suits your organization’s audience and goals.
  • Provider context: Consider market presence, innovation, and business performance as selection criteria, not as proof of a particular outcome for your organization.

What the announcement does not establish

The 2025 announcement does not provide INE pricing, subscription terms, current product details, or evidence that the recognition guarantees learner outcomes. It also reports figures about Training Industry itself—more than 450 expert contributors and more than 10 million industry interactions each year—not market-size or performance statistics for online learning libraries or INE.
