Indecomm announced AuditGenius | ai on October 7, 2026, describing it as the next generation of its mortgage quality-control platform. The company says the system links each audit checklist question to applicable agency, investor, and lender requirements and the loan data used to answer it. Indecomm planned to preview the platform at the MBA Annual Convention & Expo 2026; the announcement does not establish a general-availability date.
What Indecomm announced
AuditGenius | ai is presented as software for institutional mortgage quality control, not a consumer loan application or a tool for borrowers to check their own mortgages. Indecomm says the platform prepares answers to QC checklist questions before an auditor opens a loan file, with a severity level and supporting page attached to each finding. The intended result is a review that starts with a populated file rather than an auditor having to locate every issue from scratch.

How the announced audit workflow works
1. Draft audit logic before file review
Indecomm says AI drafts audit logic in advance, connecting checklist questions with relevant agency, investor, and lender guidelines and the loan information that can answer them. The release cites more than 1,400 pre-mapped mortgage document types, a company-published figure rather than an independently audited measure.

2. Mortgage QC specialists review and approve the logic
According to Indecomm, its mortgage QC specialists review and approve the drafted logic before it is incorporated into the platform. They revisit the logic when a guideline or the logic itself changes. This human review is a key part of the company’s description: the announcement does not say that an AI-generated rule is deployed without specialist approval.
3. Apply approved logic and show the evidence
At review time, the platform applies the approved logic to the loan. Indecomm says this is intended to produce the same outcome when the same loan is reviewed again, and that each finding links to both the underlying requirement and the relevant page in the loan file. The release also describes routing files to the appropriate QC workflow, presenting findings from auditor, lender, and investor perspectives, and an “Ask AG” feature for plain-language questions about loan documents or findings. These are vendor-described capabilities; independent testing is not provided.
Does AI make the final mortgage QC decision?
Indecomm says no automated result clears a loan by itself. The company describes the system as flagging potential fraud or irregularities beyond the checklist for an auditor to inspect. Auditors can overturn findings, overrides are recorded, and the auditor closes the file. In this announced workflow, AI prepares and supports review; the human auditor retains the decision and closure role.

Indecomm positions AuditGenius for lenders, servicers, and investors that need mortgage QC across the loan lifecycle. Its existing product page describes automated workflows, AI-powered document review, reporting, defect tracking, and interactive dashboards for work from pre-funding through post-close, servicing, and secondary-market analysis. Its QC services page describes reviews covering conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HECM, and non-conforming loans, as well as pre-funding, post-close, servicing, and due diligence. These pages describe the broader product and service portfolio; they do not independently verify the specific capabilities announced for AuditGenius | ai. What the announcement does—and does not—establish
The release says Indecomm has 75,000 users and conducts 1.1 million audits a year, and cites 25 years of mortgage review work, 10 years building mortgage automation, and a 1,500-person global workforce. Those are company-published claims, not independently audited figures; the announcement does not establish that these figures measure use or results of AuditGenius | ai itself.
For a buyer evaluating the platform, the announcement describes an approach—prebuilt, specialist-approved logic; findings tied to requirements and file pages; and auditor oversight—but does not supply independent comparative performance, customer outcomes for the new platform, measured savings, pricing, or implementation requirements. It is therefore evidence of what Indecomm announced, not proof that the platform performs better than another QC system or delivers a particular business result.
