When were the ICSI CS December 2025 exams?
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announced that the December 2025 examination session would run from 22 to 29 December 2025. The dates were published in ICSI’s October 2025 Student Company Secretary journal.
When did registration start, and what were the deadlines?
Examination enrolment began on 26 August 2025. ICSI’s published enrolment periods were:
- Without a late fee: 26 August–25 September 2025.
- With a late fee: 26 September–10 October 2025.
The late-fee period was the final listed window. As of 8 October 2026, both enrolment periods have ended.

What were the examination fees?
ICSI listed the following examination fees for the December 2025 session:
- Executive Programme: ₹1,500 per group.
- Professional Programme: ₹1,800 per group.
- Late fee: ₹250 lump sum for submitting the examination form during the late-fee period.
ICSI noted that concessions applied to various categories. The published schedule alone does not establish who qualifies; students seeking a concession would need to check ICSI’s applicable fee-concession information.
