Can you still download the IBPS SPL-XIV prelims admit card?
No. Scroll reported the call letter’s release on 1 November 2024 and said candidates could download it through 9 November 2024. That deadline passed, so an old third-party “direct link” should not be treated as working. The original notification identifies ibps.in as the authorized website for the recruitment process.
The official IBPS site now provides archived notices for the Specialist Officers XIV cycle, including the original 2024 notification and a notice dated 15 January 2026; it does not show the 2024 prelims call-letter link as a current download. Check the relevant CRP page for official cycle updates. If you need help with an old-cycle record or an application issue, use IBPS’s official grievance route where applicable.
What was the IBPS SPL-XIV recruitment?
CRP SPL-XIV was IBPS’s recruitment process for Specialist Officers in participating banks. The official notification listed six Scale I posts:

Prelims and mains call letters were for different stages
The original IBPS notification gave a tentative schedule: preliminary call-letter downloads in October 2024 and the prelims examination in November 2024, followed by mains call letters and the mains examination in December 2024. Those were planned dates in the notification; Scroll’s 1 November report documents the later prelims release and its 9 November download deadline. A prelims call letter is not the later mains call letter.

For a future or currently active recruitment cycle, start from the official IBPS campaign page rather than a saved third-party link:
- Open ibps.in.
- Go to the relevant CRP or campaign page and confirm that the cycle and examination stage match your application.
- Use the call-letter link published on that page, then follow its instructions to access and save the document.
Do not assume an old registration login will retrieve an expired call letter. Never share your password with a third party offering to download a document for you.
