Who needed the IBPS RRB 2024 interview call letter?
For CRP RRBs XIII, the interview stage applied to shortlisted candidates for Officers Scale I, II and III. It did not apply to Office Assistant candidates. The call letter provided each candidate’s interview venue and address, date, and time.
How candidates were told to download it
IBPS directed eligible candidates to download the call letter from its authorised website, ibps.in, using their registration number and password or date of birth. The notification said the call letter and information handout would not be sent as hard copies by post or courier.
IBPS’s general FAQ advises candidates unable to download an interview call letter to use the official website and enter their registration number and alphanumeric password, or date of birth, during the relevant stipulated period. Follow the date-of-birth format shown on the applicable cycle’s login page; the FAQ’s general example does not establish that the 2024 page remains accessible.

Is there a working direct link now?
The availability of the CRP RRBs XIII interview login page has not been established. IBPS’s official website is the appropriate place to check for notices, but a later recruitment-cycle page is not a substitute for the 2024 cycle’s login. A call-letter status page for CRP RRBs XIV relates to a different cycle and does not confirm the XIII page’s status.
