“IBPS PO interview call letter 2023” can refer to two different recruitment cycles. January 2023 relates to CRP PO/MT-XII; the interview call letter for CRP PO/MT-XIII was reported in February 2024, after its mains exam in November 2023 and result in January 2024. The PO/MT-XIII cycle expired on 31 March 2025, so an old download link should not be treated as active.
Which IBPS PO cycle does “2023” mean?
The year in the search phrase is ambiguous because the two cycles have different timelines:
- CRP PO/MT-XII: The interview-call-letter schedule was in January 2023.
- CRP PO/MT-XIII: The mains exam took place on 5 November 2023 and the result was declared on 2 January 2024. Contemporary reporting dated 13 February 2024 described the interview call letter as “IBPS PO Interview 2023.”
For the later cycle, IBPS’s notice states that PO/MT-XIII validity expired at close of business on 31 March 2025. IBPS’s official homepage is the place to check current recruitment announcements; it does not establish that an expired candidate-specific download is still accessible.
How to access an IBPS PO interview call letter
IBPS’s FAQ describes access during the relevant stipulated period, using the candidate’s registration number and application password or date of birth. It does not promise that a call letter remains retrievable after that period.

- Visit the official IBPS website and look for the relevant recruitment-cycle announcement.
- During the stipulated access period, open the call-letter link for that cycle.
- Enter your registration number and alphanumeric application password, or your date of birth in the required format.
- View and download the call letter if the official candidate login is available.
IBPS’s FAQ states: “Visit official IBPS website. Candidate can download call letter with the help of Registration number and Alpha Numeric Password (received at the time of Application Registration) or Date of Birth in the format (dd-mm-yy) eg. (08-06-90) at the required places to view the same during the relevant stipulated period.”
Do not assume a third-party “direct link” is an official or currently working candidate login. The reviewed information does not establish the final download date for the PO/MT-XIII interview call letter.

For PO/MT-XIII, candidates shortlisted in the online main examination were called to a common interview conducted by participating banks and coordinated by the nodal bank. IBPS said the call letter would communicate the candidate’s interview centre, venue address, date and time. These details were candidate-specific and cannot be inferred from the general announcement.
