IBPS’s revised 2025–26 calendar listed tentative exam dates for public sector bank (PSB) and Regional Rural Bank (RRB) recruitment. The schedule, dated 16 June 2025, is now historical: candidates seeking active-cycle dates should use the latest notices on the IBPS website.
IBPS exam dates 2025–26
The revised calendar covered preliminary exams and main or single exams for six recruitment processes. These were tentative dates, not a guarantee that an exam would take place on the listed day.
| Recruitment process | Preliminary examination | Main or single examination |
|---|---|---|
| PSB PO/MT-XV | 17, 23 and 24 August 2025 | 12 October 2025 |
| PSB Specialist Officer (SPL-XV) | 30 August 2025 | 9 November 2025 |
| PSB Customer Service Associate (CSA-XV) | 4, 5 and 11 October 2025 | 29 November 2025 |
| RRB Officer Scale I | 22 and 23 November 2025 | 28 December 2025 |
| RRB Officer Scale II and III | NA | 28 December 2025 |
| RRB Office Assistant | 6, 7, 13 and 14 December 2025 | 1 February 2026 |
“NA” means the calendar did not list a preliminary exam for RRB Officer Scale II and III. The dates above are from IBPS’s Revised Tentative Calendar of Online CRP for PSBs & RRBs (2025-2026), dated 16 June 2025.
How to use the calendar
Match the date to the recruitment and stage
Check the specific process—such as PO/MT, CSA, Specialist Officer or an RRB post—and distinguish its preliminary exam from its main or single exam. The calendar does not give one universal IBPS exam date.

Use the detailed notification for instructions
The calendar directs prospective candidates to visit the official IBPS website regularly for detailed notifications. The relevant notification provides cycle-specific schedules and instructions; for example, the PO/MT-XV notification includes dates for later selection activity, while the CSA-XV notification sets out registration and stage schedules.
Why a listed date may not be final
IBPS reserved the right to change exam dates and the selection process, including its guidelines or modalities, for reasons such as administrative requirements, court orders or government advisories. Treat the calendar as a planning reference and check the relevant notification and subsequent official notices for changes.

No. As of 8 October 2026, IBPS’s CRP updates page listed later-cycle PO/MT and Specialist Officer notices, as well as an October 2026 CSA preliminary call-letter update. If you need a live application, call letter or current exam date, consult the notice for that recruitment cycle on IBPS rather than relying on the 2025–26 schedule.
