Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) announced the Group C and Group D recruitment results on 17 October 2024. The official HSSC results page is the right place to start, but its current visible listings show later announcements—not the historic 2024 result. The earlier direct route now leads to HSSC’s homepage, so the link is not a confirmed one-click path to the archived result.
How to check the HSSC Group C and D result
- Open the official HSSC results page.
- Look for a notice or result entry that specifically matches the 2024 Group C or Group D recruitment. Do not treat a later result listing as the 2024 result.
- If a historic result link or login page is available, follow the instructions displayed there. Contemporary reports gave different credential combinations—registration number and password, or roll number and date of birth—so use the official page’s prompt rather than relying on one reported combination.
- If the relevant 2024 entry is not listed, the current page does not establish whether the archived file is still available. Look for a historic HSSC notice or contact the Commission for guidance.
- If the result is displayed or a file is offered, save or download it and check that its recruitment details match your application.
What the 2024 result covered
An official HSSC result PDF surfaced in search describing Group C categories under advertisements 4/2024, 9/2024 and 11/2024, and Group D police categories under advertisement 6/2024. The PDF could not be opened, so these references should be treated as identification clues, not a verified reading of the full notice. Check the Commission’s page and any linked notice before relying on them.
Why reported post totals differ
Contemporary news coverage did not give a single consistent recruitment total. India Today reported 24,800 positions, while The Indian Express described around 24,000 posts. Those are secondary reports, and the accessible current HSSC results page does not confirm a comparable total. Treat the figures as attributed reporting rather than an official count for every category.
Announcement and related reporting
India Today reported that Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said, “The BJP delivers on its promises,” in a translated post about the announcement. This was a political statement reported by a news outlet, not a quotation from an HSSC result notice.
