HPPSC declared the Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Allied Services/Posts (Group-C) Preliminary Examination, 2023 result on 6 November 2024. The preliminary test was held on 8 September 2024. Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the result notice qualified for admission to the Main examination, but their candidature was described as provisional. The Main application period and document-submission deadline have passed; HPPSC’s archive lists the final-result press note for this cycle in June 2025.
How to check the HPPSC Prelims result
Use the result notice published by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC). It contains the roll numbers of candidates qualified for admission to the Main examination. Check the notice itself rather than relying on a copied or partial list, and compare your roll number carefully. What the notices said about Main registration dates
The two official notices published different online application dates. The result press note dated 6 November 2024 said the link would be activated by 11 November and gave 25 November as the closing date. A separate Main-examination press note dated 11 November gave the online application window as 12 November through 26 November 2024, closing at 11:59 p.m. The later notice is the more recent schedule, but HPPSC’s notices do not explain the difference.

What qualified candidates had to submit
The 11 November 2024 press note instructed qualified candidates to complete the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), download and print the completed application on A4 paper, and send it to the Commission with documents supporting essential qualifications, including age and category certificates. The Commission had to receive the printed application and documents by 2 December 2024. The notice warned that late applications or documents would result in cancellation of candidature.

Is Main registration still open?
No. The online application window and the printed-document deadline were in November and December 2024. HPPSC’s archive subsequently listed a Main written-result notice dated 27 May 2025, a document-verification call-letter notice dated 3 June 2025, and a final-result press note dated 24 June 2025.
