Tradesparq combines supplier discovery with business profiles, member connections and reviews, and trade-shipment data. For a buyer sourcing foreign suppliers, that mix can help identify companies and examine their observed trading activity—but a profile or shipment record is not proof that a supplier is reliable.
What Tradesparq is
Tradesparq describes itself as a “business social platform based on global trade data.” Its stated model brings together B2B company and product profiles, business circles, product sharing, connections, reviews and online communication, alongside trade intelligence and company search. The company also describes cloud CRM and AI-assisted company and contact search as parts of its service. (Tradesparq About Us)
The idea is to make supplier search more than a directory lookup: users can discover prospective trade partners, build business relationships and use shipment information to investigate companies. Tradesparq says its marketplace combines online relationships, member reviews and actual shipment history to help users find and verify partners. That is the company’s description of its approach, not an independent guarantee of verification or trustworthiness. (Tradesparq Holding Co., Limited About Us)
How a buyer can use it to research foreign suppliers
Search for companies and products
Tradesparq says users can search by product, category, HS code, company name, address, registration number, country, port and route. This range can support different starting points: a buyer with a specific product can search by product or HS code, while one investigating a known company can look it up by name or registration details. Inspect shipment activity
The product page says shipment records can include parties, cargo descriptions, value, quantity, weight and shipping information. These details may help a buyer assess whether a prospective supplier appears in trade activity relevant to the product or route under consideration. Shipment records show reported activity; by themselves, they do not establish product quality, a company’s current capacity, legal compliance or whether a particular transaction was completed successfully. (Tradesparq Products)
Build connections and monitor targets
Tradesparq describes business circles, friend connections, product sharing, reviews and online communication as social features. It also says users can track selected companies and receive alerts about new shipment activity. Together, these tools are intended to support follow-up after discovery, although the pages reviewed do not specify how reviews are checked or how frequently alerts update. Analyze companies and supply chains
The platform lists company portraits, supply-chain relationships, competitor activity, risk analysis, sales leads and market or industry trends among its analysis functions. These are capabilities described by Tradesparq; the company’s public product information does not independently establish the accuracy or decision value of the resulting analysis. What the published coverage figures mean
Tradesparq publishes several coverage claims on pages that do not show publication dates. They are company-reported figures accessed in 2026, and the pages describe coverage differently; they should not be treated as independent statistics or as directly comparable measures.

|---|---|---|
| About Us (source) | More than 2 billion transaction records across more than 250 countries and regions | Vendor claim; publication year not stated; accessed 2026. |

The differences in wording and geographic counts mean these figures do not establish the same thing. The public pages also do not specify data freshness by country or demonstrate that coverage is complete.
What shipment data can—and cannot—tell you
Trade intelligence can help prioritize which companies to investigate, but observed shipments are only one kind of evidence. A company appearing in shipment records may have traded the relevant cargo, yet that alone does not confirm it is the manufacturer, prove it can meet your order, or show that its goods meet your specifications. Likewise, a review or social connection is not a substitute for independent checks.
Rank #4
Use Tradesparq, if it fits your workflow, as one input to due diligence rather than as a final supplier approval. Before placing an order, buyers should verify the legal entity, request and assess relevant documentation and samples, check references where possible, clarify contractual terms, and use payment and inspection safeguards appropriate to the transaction. The platform’s public pages do not establish a specific process for independently validating shipment records or member reviews.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to check before relying on the platform
- Data fit: Check whether the relevant country, port, product category or HS code is represented and whether the records are recent enough for your decision.
- Supplier identity: Confirm that the company profile and shipment parties match the legal entity you are evaluating.
- Evidence quality: Distinguish shipment history and member reviews from independent verification of quality, compliance or financial standing.
- Workflow and access: Confirm which search, alert, contact and analysis features are available to your account, along with any usage limits.
- Commercial terms: Tradesparq’s public pages reviewed here do not establish current pricing, plan requirements or data-access terms, so confirm those directly with the company. (Tradesparq Sign Up)
Who may find Tradesparq useful
Tradesparq’s stated combination of supplier discovery, social features and trade data may suit B2B buyers who want to find new suppliers and then examine their observed trade activity in one service. It may also be relevant to teams monitoring companies or exploring supply-chain relationships. Whether it is useful for a particular sourcing project depends on the coverage and recency of the records that matter, the quality of the available company information, and the platform’s current access terms.
