The available methods and limits depend on your product, jurisdiction, account and payment provider. DraftKings’ published processing times are estimates that start after it says your withdrawal has been processed and sent—not when you first request it.
How to request a DraftKings withdrawal
DraftKings’ U.S. instructions give slightly different paths in the app and on desktop. Follow the route for the device you are using:

- In the app: Sign in, tap your balance in the top-right corner, tap Withdraw, enter the amount, then tap Request Withdrawal.
- On desktop or laptop: Sign in, click your profile photo, select Withdraw, enter the amount, click Continue, choose how to receive the funds, then click Request Withdrawal.
- Review the methods displayed on that withdrawal page and choose one available to your account. If a method you previously used is no longer accessible, contact DraftKings support before requesting the withdrawal.
DraftKings’ withdrawal guidance is available at How do I withdraw my money? Options can differ by product and jurisdiction, so a general list of methods does not guarantee that any particular option will appear for you.
Which funds can you withdraw?
DraftKings says earnings and winnings are eligible for withdrawal; pending bonuses and other promotional credits are not cashable. Deposited funds may be returned to the same payment method used to deposit. If you deposited money to qualify for a bonus offer, that amount may be subject to forfeiture under the offer’s terms. Check the account balance and applicable promotion terms before requesting a cashout.

Withdrawal methods, estimated timing and transaction limits
The following figures are from DraftKings’ U.S. help pages checked October 8, 2026. Limits are per transaction. Timing is the published standard after DraftKings sends the second email confirming that it processed and sent the withdrawal; it is not a guarantee of total time from request to receipt. DraftKings says an individual withdrawal may take longer. Availability depends on the account and location.

DraftKings lists other methods in its general U.S. withdrawal guidance, including checks, bank wires and cash at cage, but not every option appears in both its timing and limits pages. Do not assume an unlisted figure or timeframe. Consult the withdrawal timing page and the minimum and maximum limits page for the published details.

Check delivery estimates and requirements
DraftKings’ amount-specific check guidance says a check of $100 or less may take up to 14 business days and has no tracking. A check above $100 but below $2,000 may take five business days with USPS tracking; a check of $2,000 or more may take three business days with FedEx tracking. These amount-specific estimates differ from the broader timing table, which says checks over $100 may take up to five business days. For check delivery, use the amount-specific guidance and allow for estimates to vary.
- Checks must be sent to the verified name and address on the account; PO boxes are not accepted.
- Contact DraftKings support for tracking information.
- DraftKings says check requests cannot be expedited.

A submitted request is not necessarily an immediately approved or completed payment. DraftKings may request identity verification, and it reserves the right to return a withdrawal to the payment source used for deposits. Business account withdrawals are not permitted, and limited gameplay may lead to cancellation under the applicable Terms of Use.

If your preferred method is missing, check the options in your account first: availability varies, and the account withdrawal page is the relevant list for your transaction. DraftKings recommends trying another listed method or contacting support if the issue persists. Its U.S. availability guidance also says it may require withdrawal to the original deposit method: What withdrawal options are available to me?
