Eligible resident Pakistani individuals can apply for a KTrade Sahulat brokerage account inside the JazzCash app, then use K Wallet to fund it, place stock orders and monitor a portfolio. JazzCash’s current instructions put the application under More → Banking & Finance → KTrade. Its product page lists a PKR 3,000,000 maximum investment maintained in a Sahulat Account; a March 2025 Jazz release described a different, earlier funding figure, so the two should not be treated as the same current limit.

How to open and use a JazzCash–KTrade account

  1. Open the application: In the JazzCash app, tap More → Banking & Finance → KTrade, as directed by JazzCash’s product page.
  2. Submit your details: Accept the conditions, enter your CNIC, provide the requested personal, basic and occupation information, then enter the email OTP.
  3. Wait for confirmation: JazzCash says to check your email for confirmation in 1–2 working days.
  4. Fund or withdraw: The product page describes deposits to and withdrawals from K Wallet.
  5. Place an order: Choose Trade to buy or sell a stock, review the order and enter your Trade PIN.
  6. Monitor activity: JazzCash lists watchlists, market statistics and a portfolio view among the available features.

These are the steps published by JazzCash; the described flow has not been independently verified here. Check the app and current account terms for the options and conditions shown to you.

Who can apply, and what is the Sahulat Account limit?

JazzCash says resident Pakistani individual customers can open a JazzCash–KTrade account in a single capacity. Its FAQ identifies CNIC or SNIC as proof of identity and says low-risk customers do not need additional source-of-income documentation. The current product page states a maximum investment maintained in a Sahulat Account of PKR 3,000,000 (JazzCash product page).

An earlier Jazz release dated March 18, 2025 described the planned KTrade mini-app as allowing Sahulat brokerage account funding up to PKR 1 million (Jazz announcement). That is an earlier figure described in a separate release, not a basis for replacing or explaining the current page’s stated account maximum.

Which investments does the feature support?

JazzCash’s November 20, 2025 announcement says users can buy and sell Pakistan Stock Exchange-listed stocks, ETFs and bonds through the embedded feature (JazzCash announcement). The current product page’s step-by-step account description specifically discusses stock orders. Confirm the instruments available to your account in the app and its current terms.

What to check before placing a trade

The official pages described here do not establish current commissions or other charges, taxes, the full investment-risk disclosures, or dispute protections. Before depositing money or submitting an order, review the current KTrade/JazzCash account terms and applicable charges, and make sure you understand the risks of the investment and the process for resolving a problem. Stock-market values can fall as well as rise; an in-app trading route does not remove investment risk.

What JazzCash said about the launch

In its November 20, 2025 announcement, JazzCash described the feature as an embedded trading platform. It cited more than 20 million active JazzCash users and said about 400,000 people in Pakistan had direct access to stock-market investing; those are company-published figures in that dated announcement, not independent estimates established here (JazzCash announcement). A March 2025 Jazz release separately cited 13 million monthly active JazzCash app users at that time (Jazz announcement).

The November announcement attributed this statement to Ali Farid Khwaja, KTrade chairman: “KTrade was launched with the mission to bring 1 million people to invest in stocks listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange. Most people thought it was impossible” (JazzCash announcement).
