To inspect the resume sent with a LinkedIn Easy Apply application, open Jobs → Job tracker → Applied, select the application, then choose Submitted resume. Saved resumes for future applications are under Jobs → Preferences → Resumes and application data. A resume attached to your profile is a separate document for profile viewers, not an application resume.
See the resume you submitted with a LinkedIn application
For an application submitted through LinkedIn Easy Apply, open the application in Job tracker to view the specific resume LinkedIn recorded for it. LinkedIn’s instructions are in its help page about viewing the resume used for a job application.
- Open Jobs on LinkedIn.
- Select Job tracker.
- Open the Applied tab.
- Select the application you want to check.
- Choose Submitted resume.
LinkedIn also describes opening an applied job from Job tracker to review the resume used when applying on LinkedIn. If the interface labels differ slightly, look for the applied job and its submitted-resume option.
Find resumes saved for future applications
Saved application resumes are separate from a resume attached to your profile. Go to Jobs → Preferences → Resumes and application data to see saved files and upload or remove them. LinkedIn says it stores the four most recently uploaded resumes for reuse in future applications; this is a platform limit stated in LinkedIn’s resume and application data guidance.

When you use Easy Apply again, LinkedIn may preselect the most recently used resume. Check the selected file before submitting so you send the version you intend.
Download a resume you uploaded during a LinkedIn application
LinkedIn’s download instructions apply to resumes uploaded during applications made through LinkedIn. From desktop or mobile, use this path:

- Go to Preferences, then Resumes and application data.
- Choose More beside the resume.
- Select Download.
See LinkedIn’s instructions for downloading a resume from LinkedIn. A resume uploaded on an employer’s external application site is not available to download from LinkedIn through these controls.
Find a resume attached to your LinkedIn profile
If you added a resume as a document or media attachment on your profile, find it on your profile page. It is intended to be shared with profile viewers, who can download it. It is not the resume LinkedIn uses for job applications; LinkedIn makes this distinction in its resume and application data guidance.

What changes when you delete a saved resume?
Removing a resume from Resumes and application data does not change applications already submitted. LinkedIn says an application resume is shared with the hirer, and saved resumes may also be used for job recommendations, content personalization, and certain AI features. Review the current resume settings if you want to manage saving or sharing preferences. See LinkedIn’s information about resume privacy and what happens when you delete a resume.

When a listing sends you to an external company site instead of using Easy Apply, the application is handled outside LinkedIn’s in-platform application flow. LinkedIn’s saved-resume viewing and download controls may not include the file you submitted there. Check the employer’s application portal or confirmation email for that copy.
