PerthNow reported on 6 May 2025 that eligible Perth customers could use the code PERTHNOW to take $15 off an Amazon Australia purchase of $79 or more. The offer was limited to 1,000 codes. Its current validity is unconfirmed, so treat it as a historical offer—not a working coupon—unless Amazon confirms it at checkout.
What the PERTHNOW offer was
PerthNow’s 6 May 2025 article said eligible Perth customers could redeem $15 off an Amazon Australia order of at least $79 with code PERTHNOW. It described a limited batch of 1,000 codes and urged readers to act quickly. The report did not establish that the offer was available to all Australian customers.

Can you still use the code?
There is no confirmed answer in the published offer details: they do not establish whether the code remains redeemable, when it expired, or whether another offer replaced it. The terms link in PerthNow’s article could not be retrieved, so exclusions and other conditions are also unverified. Do not count on the discount until the code is accepted and the $15 reduction appears in your Amazon Australia order total before payment.
#1 Best Overall
- Amazon.com Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees.
- Multiple gift card designs and denominations to choose from.
- Redeemable towards millions of items store-wide at Amazon.com or certain affiliated websites.
- Available for immediate delivery. Gift cards sent by email can be scheduled up to a year in advance.
- No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
How to check it at checkout
- Sign in to Amazon Australia and add eligible items to your cart until the order reaches at least $79. The historical report does not specify which products qualified, or whether shipping counted toward the threshold.
- Continue to checkout and look for the promotional-code field in the order summary or payment step.
- Enter PERTHNOW exactly as reported, then apply it.
- Check that the order total falls by $15 before placing the order. If Amazon rejects the code or does not show the reduction, do not assume the discount will be applied later.
What the report does—and does not—say about delivery
The same May 2025 article described Amazon same-day delivery as available to Prime members in Perth for orders placed by midday, with delivery by 10pm. That is a historical description, not a current delivery guarantee; check the delivery estimate shown for your address and items at checkout.
